Our three warm and cosy pods are situated behind the main farm steading in a quiet setting away from the road and next to a small beck. The pods all have underfloor heating so you are guaranteed to be warm no matter the season. With excellent access from junction 36 of the M6, we are situated at the top of the beautiful Troutbeck Valley, with views down towards Windermere Lake. Our village has two pubs, a tearoom, and easy access to Windermere and Ambleside. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets

Beautiful decor, bespoke wall art, fabulous 'mountain' mural original, superb large lounge/diner with impressive corner sofa. Private parking space, rare in such a central spot! Fast/unlimited Wifi, TNT/Sky Sports, Smart TV's, Netflix, PS4/games. Private entrance. I love that my favourite restaurants, the fells and lake are all so close!

It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.
