The home was even more beautiful than the photos. The host provided super helpful instructions, while not being too much. The water, which they put through an osmosis filter, was excellent. Would absolutely recommend!

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

Her home was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and well maintained. Lots of little extras like beach chairs, pool toys, games and coffee. Hosts were responsive and kind. Highly recommend this place.

Our stay at The Crooked Palm was sublime!! Very close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back!

This place was perfect for our daughter's 13th birthday weekend getaway. It had plenty to keep the kids busy even during brief rain showers. The kitchen had everything we needed, bathrooms were easily accessible and the bedrooms felt right at home. The backyard was the main hit though with the pool, cornhole, grill and covered deck with couches and picnic table including the large screen TV. Will definitely consider starting here again.

Ashley’s place was great! It was conveniently located near a Walmart, gas stations, and the highway. The amenities were exactly as described. The pool area and gym were clean, well maintained, and peaceful to use. The apartment itself was spotless. Ashley was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

This was a great peaceful place! Perfect for my work trip! I was literally close to everything great food near bye . The beach was only 30 minutes! Me and my daughther did a splash and paint room that wasn’t far it was amazing on fridays Jax beach has silent party on the pier for all ages but it was cancelled. I look forward to visiting again and bringing my fur babies.

This place is perfect. Perfectly clean. Perfectly stocked. Perfectly located. Quiet surroundings, yet so much to do around you. Friendly neighbors. The bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs were an added bonus. Just lovely. This is our third Airbnb in Jax Beach in about a years time and by far it was the best! Definitely hope to return.

Wyman was amazing. He was very accommodating and helpful. I really appreciate everything. The space was private and peace. That shower… amazing, gets very hot, I enjoyed it! lol would definitely stay there again.

Me and my girlfriend loved it here. This place was utterly gorgeous! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The scenery of the water and sunrises every morning were amazing. The place had an abundance of amenities. The furniture, linenes, and towels all were very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped which was a big deal for me. Karen and Craig's place is a great stay no doubt!! We will be booking here again when we visit Jax Beach in the future.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing beach trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The unit was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from beach gear to kitchen essentials. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure we had a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. Their attention to detail really showed and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

Elizabeth's place was just perfect. A few steps away from the beach, Fort Clinch, restaurants. Elizabeth is super responsive and organized and her place has everything you could need and more! Our boys loved the pool and we loved coffee on the patio and the the beach cruisers to ride around the Fort! We will be back!

We stay a week at this darling condo and highly recommend it! We had an instant feeling of home the moment we walked inside. And the best part - just step outside the back door and you’re on the beach! Clean, comfortable and we loved the location. Easy access to downtown and restaurants. Comfy couch for relaxing, well stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast and the king bed was a dream! Ashley was responsive and helpful. The location can’t be beat and we’ll stay again! Thank you!

The condo was as advertised. We were highly satisfied with the property and Chad was extremely responsive to all my messages, usually responding within 10 minutes. Would definitely return!

Great location and unbelievable view. Condo was clean, modern and well-furnished. Location was quiet and parking was convenient. Several shopping/restaurant options within a couple of miles. Check-in was easy and instructions were clear.
