Koetshuis 't Bolletje is an attractive, detached residence on the open NSW estate De Bol op Redichem, part of the 17th-century walking park 't Rondeel. The accommodation contributes to the conservation and management of the natural beauty, and is available as temporary accommodation for hikers and nature lovers. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

The large space is cozy and comfortable, a lot of attention is paid to the special interior. Ideal for family or group stay. Plenty of space for conviviality, or to find your own quiet spot. The pony can go for a walk, and on request, a ride can be made on the big horse. In the group room, there is a bedroom (2 people), sleeping loft (2), six single beds. In the super cozy gypsy wagon (2 people), your pet is allowed, can be booked on request.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

Aan de rand van het dorp gelegen vrijstaande kleine woning op eigen erf. Ook geschikt voor langer verblijf (inschrijven niet mogelijk). Het is hier rustig en landelijk. Buren, een historisch stadje, bevindt zich op fietsafstand. Huisdieren en/of kinderen niet toegestaan. Daarnaast moet de boeker een van de gasten zijn (i.v.m. airbnb policy). Maximaal 2 personen zijn welkom en kunnen eventueel apart slapen op de bedbank in de living.
