The site trailer is quietly and idyllically nestled between an apple and a plum tree in the garden of our house. It has been converted and expanded architecturally and is a successful mix of old, preserved and modern elements. You have a great unobstructed view over meadows and fields, to Amöneburg, 10 km away. The site trailer is comfortably furnished for 1-2 people and you can even heat with a wood stove on cool days. In addition, the site trailer has a cooking facility, a coffee maker and a cooler, so you can take good care of yourself. The sanitary facilities are easily accessible 20 m away. In an appealing washhouse you can take showers, wash and walk to the toilet. Our bicycles are available for you to explore in the immediate vicinity, for example, the Rauischholzhausen Castle (7 km), the Wässberger Warte (3 km) and the university city of Marburg an der Lahn (8 km), which are to be mentioned with the Marburg Castle and its exceptional half-timbered old town. The house is part of the Oberhof in the small town of Schweinsberg in the district of Marburg. From the spacious apartment on the 2nd floor you have a great panoramic view to the Marburger Lahnberge. There are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, bathroom, living room with bed, dining room and a kitchen. We have 250 Mbit fast Wi-Fi throughout the house. Don't be afraid of a cold winter with gas shortage/ blackout, we have wood heating and additional fireplaces. The front door entrance area is video surveillance.

A small half-timbered house sleeps 4 - 5 people. On the first floor are the entrance area and the kitchen, upstairs the bathroom, the bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

Our apartment in Wittelsberg, a quiet place in Ebsdorfergrund, is located directly at the forest and invites you to take long walks. Nearby are the Schlosspark Rauischholzhausen and the historic university town of Marburg (12 km). Car is recommended for maximum flexibility. A charging station for electric cars (11kW) is available and can be used on request (for a fee). The overnight price includes final cleaning.
