We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

The house is located in the countryside . It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm Among the fields and vineyards ,you will spend a quiet stay, the birdsong all day, frogs in the evening in summer . 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. Terrace, parking, bocce ball court.

Apartment at Martine's

In Varades, 500 m from the Loire and 1 km from shops, apartment for 2 people in a house on the banks of the Loire that is 100 years old and has a history. Possibility of having extra bed on request for travelers Loire by bike with family. (15 euros per extra bed, there are 3) Property with enclosed courtyard for vehicle and secure bicycle storage on request. This apartment is on the second floor with self check-in if desired. The garden is at your disposal.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Stay in the heart of Montrevault-sur-Èvre, in a cozy and fully equipped accommodation. 329.7 sq. ft. design and connected house: equipped kitchen ++, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart lock, cocooning bedding, QLED TV and video projector. Ideal for a couple or a solo traveler, with a unique terrace to relax after a day at Puy du Fou or a walk in Anjou. The Raz Gué tavern and a Netto supermarket (open every day) are just a 500 m walk away.

Studio of 30 m² adjoining our house,with independent access. 20 minutes from Nantes by car and 3.5 km from Mauves train station (Nantes 13 min). Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, mall. For 2 guests, double bed and possibility for another person( sofa bed), an extra charge will be requested). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, WC and equipped kitchen as well as an independent entrance (shared with our cats). As the terrain is sloping, a few steps lead to the entrance to the studio.

Small 32 m2 fully-equipped "cocoon" apartment ideal for a Nantes getaway in a quiet and wooded residence. As I do not live there, check-in on Sunday is not possible (or limited between 12pm and 1pm). For other days, no check-in possible after 8pm. PLEASE take this into account when booking.

In Landemont (new commune of Orée d'Anjou) near Champtoceaux and the banks of the Loire, we offer this large renovated fully equipped 40 m2 studio for 2 to 4 people in the village, (bakery opposite, pizzeria 250 m). This studio with independent entrance is entirely for you.
