Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Anchor Point

This cozy home located in the hillside was just what we needed. The view was breathtaking and the interior of the house was something out of a magazine. Location to Homer and the Spit was great. Despite being 15 minute drive from the spit, it is an easy drive and well worth it for the view while at the house. Scott and Hester are the most responsive hosts I've ever dealt with. And I just fell in love with the impressive tile work in the master steam shower. Thank you for allowing us to bring our fur baby with us, she loved it as well. We definitely will be back. Thanks again for making our first time to Homer memorable.

Truly a Million $ View, with bonus Million $ Host. # 1 place to stay in Homer! Brett’s house is gorgeous, the architecture, art, furniture, linens, basically everything exudes luxury. Can view the Spit, Glacier & bay during morning coffee, hot tub or workout! Brett was available for any questions and checked in to make sure we were all having a great time. Highly recommend his place if you wanna make your Homer trip over the top!

Absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our small group to separate for a few days from a bigger group of 11. 4 of us enjoyed the views, the peace, laundry & hot tub. Separate rooms with great beds. We loved it. Hope to come back one day in the future! Thanks so much for making our stay in Homer so special.

Wow!! I stayed for two nights with my dad and sisters, and wish we could have stayed forever! The house itself is both spacious and cozy, with a unique style and everything you need to be comfortable. The views are incredible, and the windows allow you take them in all throughout your stay. And the neighborhood/area is great -- we ran into some neighbors out for a walk on our first night, and they gave us the scoop on local wildlife, a secret walking trail, and where to grab a beer on the spit. I can't wait to come back!

Such a great place to stay! We loved the views from the upstairs windows. Even got lucky and saw a mama moose and her baby the day we were leaving. Would definitely book again!

We so enjoyed our time at your home! Thanks for sharing. Every morning we’d continue to ahhh at the amazing view! Loved the stocked kitchen, extra blankets, and fans for noise. If you ever want an upgrade we’d suggest blinds in the master bedroom. Those of us with jet lag would appreciate it! But regardless it was all so warm and cozy and we would return! Thanks for your quick communication and welcoming us!

We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals across the country and abroad but the house view and setting here in Homer was simply breath taking. Add to that, a pair of sandhill cranes, a soaring eagle and nightly moose visitors and Miyun’s house simply was the best. We were 4 adults and there was plenty of space to move around in and be comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable and we slept well each night. All of the amenities outlined in the descriptions were there and available to us. Miyun was a prompt responder answering any questions we might have and warmly welcoming us to Homer. This is the one vacation rental that we will fondly remember forever. We can’t say enough good things about Miyun and this property. We highly recommend you consider renting here if coming to Homer, Alaska. You will not regret it and you will take home memories to last a lifetime.

I have stayed here several times. It is always my first choice when staying in Homer. It's always very clean, Debra is thoughtful and friendly and goes the extra mile to be accommodating and helpful. The surroundings are lovely and quiet. In my opinion, this is the nicest spot to stay in Homer. I will certainly go back!

The listing was as described and check-in/out were easy. We even came in to a plate full of cookies! Loved having the bedroom with a door for the kids and the beds were comfortable. They had everything we could need for coffee/ tea/ creamer and plates/silverware. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family.

The place was super cute & in the perfect location! It is located under their residence (as described) so you can hear a lot of what’s happening upstairs but they followed the quiet hours as well!

This place is wonderful and perfect. If we come back, we would love to stay at here again. Gave great directions and details a week before we arrived. The overlook of the bay is absolutely breathtaking. We had one hiccup and it was immediately addressed. Thank you so much for having us.

This airbnb is so spacious! We only stayed 2 nights, but I would have not have felt cramped to have stayed a month in this home. The view of the ocean is just as it looks in the picture and we appreciated the view being just as good from inside the home as outside, as it was very cold, windy, & rainy while we were there so we couldn't sit outside. The bed was very comfortable and we did cook, which the kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could ever need! It was wonderful to have the washer and dryer to utilize as well. Daniel lives above the apartment and occasionally you could hear them or their dog, but it was never intrusive or during early morning or late evening. I asked Daniel if he had any recommendation for seeing moose and we did see one on the road he suggested we travel on at dusk. It was the only moose we saw on our 8 day trip to AK! I highly recommend Daniel's Airbnb and would stay here again if ever in the area.

We LOVED staying at Lyra's place. Perfect for our family of 4 and with two young kiddos. It was spacious, had everything we needed, beautiful views, and was within walking distance to amazing food and the beach. We loved drinking our morning while taking in the views. A great place to recharge after a long day of adventures.

What an incredible spot. A lovely home, with on a dynamic property. So quintessentially Homer, full of thoughtful details and artful touches. Plenty of space to relax with family.
