About 20 mins from the Anchorage airport, we are located on the Anchorage Hillside, known for its scenery, great hiking trails (including Flattop Mountain), and fabulous mountain and inlet views. We are minutes from the Old Seward Highway South-bound exit that leads to some of Alaska's best-known tourist hot spots including Girdwood, Seward, and Kenai Peninsula. You will have you own studio apartment to yourself. We are 3.1 miles from the closest grocery store (7 mins). We are 5.5 miles from the alaska native hospital (11 mins). We are 0.8 of a mile from hilltop skii area and hillside park (3 mins) and about a 5 min. walk. We are 2.4 miles from the alaska zoo (5mins).

Charming southside mother in law studio. South facing windows shaded with trees offers just enough privacy yet lets dappled light come through. Private entrance includes an outside seating area for morning coffee. Inside provides many amenities to make your stay comfortable.
