Townhome holiday rentals in Anchorage

The townhouse was great! The townhouse super nice and conveniently located by walking trails. Easy checkin, comfy bed, and a nice view of Campbell creek. Thanks Jason!

The home was just as we expected and perfect for 4 adults (or more). It’s not new or fancy, but we weren’t looking for that. It was comfortable and roomy. The big pluses include spices and condiments in the kitchen, reusable grocery bags, location and pleasant neighborhood, everything you need to do laundry, plenty of extra towels, pillows and paper products, coffee pods, and a garage we could park in or play darts. Brad was very helpful, providing information and always quick to respond. Was nice to be close to a park and natural area too.

There was trouble getting into the house upon arrival. The alarm was suppose to be on and the door left unlocked but there was miscommunication within Michelle's family and the door was locked. We waited awhile to get in. Michelle made up for it and she was very apologetic.

Great location. Close to the airport and food spots in town. Place was clean and tidy. Bed was so comfortable. Host communicated things well. Easy check-in! Happy stay again!

Diane and Jonathon were the best hosts! They made me feel at home and were incredibly generous in sharing their home and providing fantastic recommendations for places to explore in Anchorage and around Alaska. The space was comfortable and the WiFi was fast for remote work. Thank you for a wonderful stay and extending my stay through the weekend!

We had a great stay at mike and charity’s place. We were traveling with a baby and they even dropped off a pack and play which was great for our daughter. There are some toys as well to keep your little one occupied for some time. The black out blinds help in the summertime. Very good location a few blocks from a main road. Have the fan on at night when you are trying to sleep so that extra noise doesn’t wake you from the really loud motorcycles/trucks driving by at night. I learned that trick a few nights in and had no issues sleeping after that. Would definitely rent again if I’m in the area.

This location was perfect. I was always maximum of 10 minutes from everything. I love the flowing stream, very peaceful!

Lynn pays attention to every detail to make sure one's stay is off to a good start. If you get a chance to spend time with either Lynn or Dave, take advantage. They have led and continue to lead fascinating lives. Our room may have been remodeled recently. It felt like we were staying in a nice hotel. We were even encouraged to wash our clothes.

Rose responded to questions very quickly. Directions to enter house were great. Kitchen was well stocked with items. Liked the security of the entry. Felt safe. The townhouse was convenient to all the excursions we did. Nice place to come home and rest.

Bea’s place is a fantastic choice if you’re visiting Anchorage. The location is unbeatable and the house itself has updated features, including a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen facility. One thing I would’ve wanted is more variety in the pillow choices. All the pillows were very fluffy and made for a few stiff necks. Other than that, this spot made for a wonderful start to our Alaskan vacation. Thanks, Bea!

Nancy’s space was so great! The location and views were excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the deck so much. It was very clean and as described in the listing. Walkable to many great spots downtown. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I stayed at Brittany’s duplex while I was in town visiting family. We were conveniently located nearby my brother’s home and had the perfect amount of space for a home base for the week. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but had everything we needed for breakfast each day. The bathroom was plenty spacious, beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the blinds and blackout curtains. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trips to visit my family in Anchorage!

The place hosted by Chris and Jodie was beautiful and we as a group of 7 with a 3-year old kid had absolutely no issues. It's unfortunate we couldn't enjoy the place too much as we arrived late at night and had to leave early as the check out time is a little earlier than most airbnbs. Nevertheless, id come back and stay here again!

Great place for us to stay while we were visiting our family. Felt right at home

We stayed at Emmanuel’s Turnagain property while our home was being renovated due to flood damage. Emmanuel was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, his hospitality made a stressful time a bit more manageable. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the smooth experience!

First off we’ll say that Mario was a fantastic host! He was super accommodating to our traveling needs. The place was beautifully styled, we enjoyed our stay. • There are food and activity recommendations in the welcome book. • The bathroom is well stocked with towels and soap. • There is beautiful lighting in the unit as well as awesome opportunity for natural lighting. • Conveniently had washer and dryer in unit • Comfortable furniture • Mario was a wonderful and thoughtful host with excellent communication skills!
