House holiday rentals in Ancón

The house was perfect for our boys trip. The bed were good and the pool was a lifesaver. The beach is steps away from the house and the check in and out was easy. Roy was very helpful with all our questions and was super proactive about recommending local eats. We enjoyed our time and will be back with our family’s .

Don Gerardo was an amazing host. He picked my family and I up from the airport and welcomed us to his place with a cake which he did not need to do at all. He went above and beyond by offering us advice on local spots and attractions and completely changing the washing machine when the last one had issues. He was very attentive and welcoming to my elderly parents. He even drove my daughter back home from the airport after dropping her off there (one hour round trip) as she had forgotten something important at his place. The house was huge and exactly what my family and I needed. There were no issues at all from the house apart from the aforementioned washing machine which he rectified immediately when we were out of the house. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a big family to stay in Gerardo’s place. He is just an amazing guy and super super host . Highly recommended

Mrs. Helen is very attentive, kind and cordial! We had an excellent weekend, it is a perfect place to rest and get out of everyday life, there you find everything you need to have a good time! Clean and cozy place, and above all very safe!

What an incredible stay we just had. This is our third time to Panama and our first in Gamboa and it was amazing. The home was gorgeous and spacious. The kid zone was a blast for both kids and adults. We went on a zip lining tour and the boat tour of the canal, monkey island and Embera tribe and they were worth every penny. Our 9-12 year olds felt safe and saw every animal on our wish list. Just an amazing adventure topped off by the privacy of our own home with a gorgeous pool. We just loved it. Thank you so much!!!

We loved our stay! The house is so special. We loved the little pool overlooking the ocean. The water stayed very cool and it was so refreshing after hiking to Cerro del Cruz in the morning. We stayed as a group of four adults and found all the beds comfortable. We easily walk from the ferry landing, and we also walked to both beaches. Gricelda was so amazing and kind. Patricia was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

The place is accessible, quiet and safe area, the residence has everything you need to cook and rest comfortably. Upon arrival you find sachets of tea, coffee, cookies and other kitchens that solve you if you have not been able to do a super yet. The host is very attentive and flexible, her response is quick. On Saturday, the Mariano Rivera Stadium opened and the residence is very close to the stadium. I recommend the place.

I stayed here for a month and enjoyed it! The washer works great and clothes dry well overnight indoors (this was during the rainy season). The place was overall very functional for a long stay. The neighborhood was pretty and the grocery store (and a lot of bus routes) were within walking distance. And best of all, Joanna was always super responsive, helpful, and friendly. My only “things to consider” if you’re looking here are: 1. No hot water (though Panama is never cold) 2. Traffic is awful in this area during rush hour. Otherwise, a great option!

Nice clean house. Felt just at home, excellent view of the city. Had everything I needed and my family enjoyed staying there. Would stay there again if I visit Panama.

Lilia Esther, welcomed as warmly late in the evening. The personal caring touch felt great after a very tiring day. We had to leave very early in the morning again. I can really recommend this place for a short stay at the airport.

This home was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Location was great: easy walk to the beach and to a great hike and to restaurants. The air conditioning kept the bedrooms cool for sleeping, and the living room and porch with the fans were perfect to relax in the morning and evening. Check in and check out times were generous for us which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and helped us find a nice person to take us by boat around the island to get great views and snorkel. Perfect for our family of four and also would have been great for more people.

Nice place with outside terrace and lot's of green. We love the feel of nature and seeing the birds and an ocassional ñeque. Some nights barking dogs of the neighbours were a nuisance. And without AC you should not mind it to be quite warm inside (28-30 degrees Celsius). For us it was warm but quite okay with the fans. Well-equiped kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was comfortable and felt like being at home. I really enjoyed the openess of the main floor. The back patio felt very private and was a great place to relax. Whenever we had a question about the property, Maggie responded immediately! We look forward to our next visit!

Everything is great, the place , the activities to do. Everything was very good value for money since we were 8, there were 4 bedrooms. Just a final maintenance and it would be even better than it already is, otherwise seriously recommended if they are a large group.

Great price! Even better stay, better than the pictures. Almost every amenity was provided, and Nestor has THE BEST communication.

Excellent value. The apartment came with brand new sheets and new towels. The location was generally quiet. We stayed almost a week and there were no car alarms or excess noise. Grocery stores and places to eat are very close. It is on a road, but closing the bedroom door at night eliminates any unwanted noises. The bedroom has air conditioning. Though there is no hot water for the shower, it has a fine spray shower head, room temperature water, so it is not unpleasant cold, but refreshing. The windows are secure, dark, and did not give us any privacy problems. There were no biting or stinging insects. We loved the air fryer, and the wifi internet was great. Overall a pleasant stay in Panama City without issues, for a very. economical price. There was initially some confusion as to exactly where this apartment is but it is close to Super 99 Rio Abajo, Ave. Central Espana, about four short blocks away, just east of central Panama City. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood,clean and comfortable,I would definitely return on my next visit to Panamá.

Amazing spot in Casco Viejo! We traveled with another family and had 4 kids total. Very safe, very walkable. Beds and linens were GREAT! Rooftop was perfect for hanging out after the kids went to bed. Downstairs “apartment” felt very much like part of the rental, but could be separate if needed - grandparent, babysitter suite, etc. Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!
