Posto tranquillo e silenzioso dove godere della pace dei territori. Ottima qualità-prezzo. Camere comode e con tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. Meravigliosa la piscina dove fare un tuffo o rilassarsi. Giovanna ed Emilia, due padrone di casa attente e gentili, disponibili nel farvi sentire a casa. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo, da Assisi a Santa Maria degli Angeli, da Perugia a Gubbio. Posto in cui probabilmente torneremo

Grazie infinite per l’accoglienza e i consigli che ci avete dato! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, immersi nella natura, nella quiete e nel meraviglioso glicine che ci circondava durante la colazione! La stanza e il bagno erano molto puliti e profumati! Torneremo sicuramente, a presto, Cristina e Mattia.

I loved my stay with Paola in their BnB. The room was huge, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very filling with delicious food. The hospitality show by Paola and her husband was excellent, and I felt very well looked after and safe as a solo female traveller. The BnB is located a very short walking distance from the main centre of the historic part of Spello, and there were a number of great restaurants and lots of excellent shopping with small boutiques with local makers. I’m very grateful for my stay!

Stanze ottime, esattamente come descritte e in perfetta posizione. Piccola manutenzione necessaria in bagno, ma per il resto tutto funzionale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Check in di persona e molto cordiale

Ho soggiornato insieme alla mia ragazza presso il B&B di Barbara. Nonostante la prenotazione all'ultimo minuto è stata reattiva e disponibile nel fornirci feedback su prenotazione ed indirizzo. Una volta giunti a destinazione, a seguito di un breve sterrato (gestibile con una normalissima macchina), la location è stupenda. La camera era pulita ed ordinata. La colazione era ben fornita e consumabile all'aperto, circondati dal verde e dai pavoni che razzolano liberi. Dovessi ricapitare in zona tornerei nel B&B di Barbara senza dubbio!

You truly feel like you have found your Italian roots, even if you don't have any : ) This is a very special place, not only can you see it, the views are breathtaking everywhere you look, but you also feel something very sacred here. There is a quiet in listening to the birds sing. Quiet from the busy life you leave behind. Our apartment was spotless and very well organized with everything we needed. The windows from our top story framed the tip-top of the trees and the valley below, we felt like we were living in a tree house. My daughter and I had a very fun cooking lesson with Raffaella and her expert cook and are now expert gnocchi chefs, I'm quite serious. Not only do they provide itineraries for traveling the Umbrian region, they are also available for additional info should you need it. Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, we saw so much and we could have seen more. And...the views from the pool are spectacular, the grounds are truly more beautiful than the photos can display. I know Raffaella made our Umbrian stay very special to us but I must also say that Umbria took our breath away. There is so much beauty here. I want to return to see every season. Thank you Raffaella and your entire family! I know we will visit again : )

Splendida breve vacanza. Marco è stato non solo gentile ma ci ha dato consigli e suggerimenti ottimi per gli spostamenti, sui lunghi da vedere e dove mangiare. Ci ha accompagnato personalmente allo stabilimento dove lui stesso si è attivato per farci avere il posto x la canoa e ci ha prestato alcune piccole attrezzature dimenticate senza le quali non avremmo potuto girare tranquilli in canoa. L'atmosfera del bnb è molto amichevole e rilassata ci si sente a casa. Complimenti e grazie per tutto a Marco!

Ho trascorso una notte in questo alloggio nel centro storico di Urbino e mi sono trovata molto bene. La posizione è ottima, in piena zona ZTL, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. L’alloggio è pulito, ben curato e confortevole, ideale per una sosta breve ma piacevole. Un grande punto a favore è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente non troppo distante, cosa non scontata in una città storica. L’host è stata gentile, disponibile e chiara nelle comunicazioni. Esperienza decisamente positiva, lo consiglierei!

c'était parfait! Simone est très gentil et nous a bien tout expliqué. chambre spacieuse avec la clim et un balcon. petit frigo dans la chambre très pratique vu la chaleur. on reviendra !

Excellent accueil de Gabriella et de son mari. Disponible et elle ne tarit pas de recommandations; je conseille vivement le séjour chez Gabriella, une personne extrêmement agréable et très attentionnée. La maison et sa terrasse joliment verdoyante sont extrêmement agréables et au calme.

Vero angolo di paradiso nelle colline marchigiane, Sergio ed Anna... Praticamente due amici, disponibili in tutto, persone speciali! Il B&B è curatissimo in ogni singolo particolare, colazione ricca e varia. Sicuramente consigliato!

Could not recommend Janncarlo's place more! We took the ferry from Split, Croatia to Ancona and stayed one night here. We were three female university students and felt very comfortable staying here. Janncarlo went out of his way to make us comfortable. The rooms are clean, secure and have good AC. The breakfast had several good options and allowed us to start our next travel day with a full stomach. Thank you so much Janncarlo!

La camera mi ha soddisfatto molto. Era essenziale ma giusta. L'unica cosa che mi ha fatto storcere il naso è che non ci fosse l'aria condizionata. Il problema è stato prontamente risolto da Silvia che è un Host molto presente. Consigliatissimo.

Il soggiorno da Piero è stato perfetto nulla lasciato al caso, dal posto stupendo immerso nel verde con una bellissima visuale sulle colline circostanti, alla pulizia delle camere e dei bagni (perfetta!), alla simpatia e cordialità di Piero e di sua moglie con i quali ci siamo anche "persi" in belle chiaccherate ! Per finire al risveglio la ci siamo trovati una colazione fantastica preparata dalla moglie di Piero....torte e dolci fatti in casa per noi! Grazie ancora ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl bei Elena und Davide gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist total sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die beiden sind sehr herzliche Menschen und sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Unser Highlight war der private Pasta Kurs bei Elena mit anschließender Verkostung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft allen wärmsten empfehlen, die einen ruhigen, authentischen italienischen Aufenthalt suchen. Bis zum nächsten Mal, Lucie & Dan

Localita' vicinissima alle grotte turistiche di Frasassi, non solo! I d'intorni sono splendidi. Anche se potevamo usare la cucina, non lo abbiamo fatto, perche' ci sono ristoranti buoni e a relativamente buon mercato. Colazione Italiana buona con uno yogurt autoprodotto buonissimo. Silenzio e letti comodi, abbiamo dormito benissimo.

ottima struttura in località tranquilla appena fuori dal centro storico di Assisi. Posizione ideale per visitare la zona. Nonostante il periodo invernale, l'appartamento era caldo e accogliente. Consigliato.

Very family friendly place especially if you have small children they will enjoy the stay. There are some animals, big space to play. The host Giulia and Nathan were great host, very friendly and so accomodative. The place was specious enough, very clean and had all you need even for self catering. It's not far from gubbio if you hope to visit historic places in gubbio and around. Make sure to get yourself the hand balm, it's amazing. Try the honey too. My family is looking forward to visit butterflies rest again soon.
