A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

Massimo and his father Giordano are great hosts. Giordano reminds me of my father. Full of life and love of good wine. we have stayed at the villa before and as always we had a great time. the view of the surrounding hills, full of trees and farmland is stunning. everything is calm and beautiful. Corinaldo is close and walkable, with great places to eat and a pleasure to walk around. the new garden area with the swimming pool is great to relax. I had my first swimming of 2025 and the sunbathed in complete tranquility. the house itself is large and furnished with the old style (when furniture was an art). The villa is situated at a great spot and can be used as a base to discover the surrounding villages. only one hour from Ancona and the beautiful old town with all the places to visit. We plan to be back every year during our European trip.

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially, the strong personality of the house has moved us a little, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Strategic location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Going back to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thank you Lucia! Davide's house was a nice blend of traditional and modern, with all the facilities you need. The house was immaculately clean. The location is perfect for exploring Monte Conero with fantastic walking from the doorstep and 5 minutes drive to great beaches. Very nice bar/restaurant within walking distance. Davide was a very helpful host, who made my stay stress free at a testing time personally. Thanks Davide!

Such a lovely home with unique touches. Very comfortable for our family of 4. On the edge of town with beautiful surroundings. Easy walkable access to all Assisi has to offer! Host is very helpful and responsive. We would love to come back!

Caterina's house is very welcoming and comfortable, with attention to every detail, the location is quiet and comfortable to reach the wonderful nearby villages. Our stay was very pleasant. Caterina knows how to pamper her guests.

We were only passing through and needed a place to sleep, but was nevertheless a nice stay. Small, cute room, clean and cozy. Quiet environment, parking in front of the house. Hostess was super friendly Loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

Claudia is a very warm and always approachable hostess. She gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean and super lovingly furnished. As a welcome, we received a delicious wine from the region and also a few other goodies such as sweet spreads, pasta with sauce (so that no one is hungry on arrival) and also mineral water. We were very pleased and felt very well taken care of and welcome. The beds were great and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We didn't use the table football, but of course it's a great extra, especially for a group or family with children. A limitation for this is that the apartment is significantly darker than shown in the photos and the dining area outside was quite far from the apartment and usable for all residents of the complex. The apartment is cool - welcome at high outside temperatures. The site is spacious and very well maintained.

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

everything went well. Angela was always there when we needed her. The problem we had is we are 82 years old and don't get around as good as someone younger. I would suggest her apartment to other people. It has a great view as advertised.

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

We stayed in this apartment for the second time (the first few years ago in February) and had a good time again. Stefano was helpful and kind, as well as responsive in communication, at the time of check-in and to give us tips about the area. The house is very spacious and well equipped, even for long stays where you can take advantage of the use of the kitchen and the washing machine available for guests. We especially enjoyed the terrace for breakfast overlooking the sea in the morning (also great for a sunset aperitif). Convenient and free parking in front of the apartment, not even a two-minute drive from the sea and close to all amenities. Strategic location also to visit the Marche villages in the area and more. We definitely recommend couples and families with kids for weekends or longer stays!

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Top-notch hospitality, small touches dedicated to the customer very pleasant. Clean and tidy house, equipped with all amenities. Right price. We had a good time. A bit suburban but still within walking distance of the center of Jesi, which is worth a visit.

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt so comfortable in other places as in this one. Very nice, modern and well equipped apartment with a great roof terrace with sea view where we were allowed to have a nice holiday. Andrea is a very nice host who is always very easily accessible. We fully recommend the accommodation and will definitely be back.

An absolutely fantastic stay - it couldn't have been better! We are absolutely thrilled with this accommodation! Upon arrival, we were greeted with such warmth that we felt at home from the very first moment. The host is incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful - you can immediately tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. The accommodation itself was a real feel-good place: lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you could wish for. Beautiful apartment, very clean and with a very rich aroma! Beautiful environments, bright and well ventilated. We had everything we needed for the three days we were, place to park the car for free on the street and close to everything you need walking, very close to the beach without moving the car. I recommend it

We stayed a week in this apartment and had a very good time. The accommodation overlooks the seafront, the free beach is a stone's throw away but there are also several bathrooms with deck chairs and umbrellas. We stayed in September and there was always free parking along the street right in front of the entrance. The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything and we were also provided with detergent to use the washing machine. As a welcome we also found a bottle of local white wine, very welcome. The apartment is within walking distance of the center with lots of places to eat and a 5-minute drive to a large supermarket, very convenient! A big plus is the pastry bar right under the house, we always had breakfast there, even with a small discount thanks to Milo! Milo was present but not intrusive and super helpful! In short, perfect. If we return to the area, we will definitely contact him again!
