Wow!! What a beautiful place. We had a very relaxing stay at La càna. The location is amazing and peaceful. Paola was very accomodating and provided lots of suggestions for exploring the surrounding region. Her family (including x3 dogs) were very friendly but also respectful of our space and privacy. Wine, tart and fruit on arrival was appreciated after driving to our destination. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, walking through the vineyards and exploring / eating at the surrounding towns. It was also nice to cook for ourselves at La càna a couple of nights and enjoy the beautiful view. Highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable and quiet stay. Very friendly host; a very spacious and neat apartment where everything you need is available; a very pleasant swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills; nice restaurants nearby and close to the sea. Ideal place to stay.

We relied on Dario for this weekend in May and had a great time. The accommodation was perfect, very close to the center so that we could do all the trips on foot, Dario and Aldezia were always very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything except bath linens, not clearly highlighted on the listing but indicated in Dario's description. We will definitely be back.

Laura's apartment far exceeded our expectations. Modern, spacious, fantastic view in the best location directly opposite the beach on the promenade where there is a lot of hustle and bustle, but which is very little used. Windows are soundproof and the air conditioning is excellent for hotter days. The balcony offers much more space than the photos suggest and Laura's warm hospitality leaves nothing to be desired. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend the AirBnB.

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 2 nights in his apartment and we had a great time. Everything is very clean and tidy. All the information about check-in and parking was provided to us quickly and Nicola was always available even when I returned to retrieve some forgotten personal belongings. Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

Loretta was very helpful and kind, she offered us much more than was included in the package (water, fruit and sweets). The cottage is well maintained and tidy with ample parking and a beautiful garden full of flowers and plants.

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped for cooking and spending relaxing moments in the living room and garden. From the house you can walk for beautiful walks in the surroundings; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available host; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year's Eve in her home and recommend it to everyone.

Apartment in front of the beach, both free and equipped, cycling and pedestrian promenade and a 5-minute drive to the center of Senigallia. Everything as in the description, we'll be back

We had a really good time, immersed in an oasis of peace. Sara was super kind and affable, with her wonderful daughter they treated us very well, giving us advice on how to get around to visit Assisi and the villages we had planned. His accommodation is comfortable, new and very clean. An experience to be repeated

Very nice apartment with large outdoor space literally 20 m from the sea, complete with everything. Kitchen complete with every accessory and brand new bathroom. The only small flaw is the distance between the two bedrooms

We enjoyed visiting this beautiful town and Alessandro was very helpful. His aunt Emma was so considerate and left us enough kitchen things to make the stay very comfortable. She was welcoming and a wonderful guide to Spello. And we loved the Infiorata!

If we could give six stars we would. we were on a flyby visist after visisting some friends near by. location was perfect for what we needed. The house was full equipment with everything our little family of 3 needed but also equipped with extra like breakfast ceral, biscuits, water (natural and mineral). The host really went above and beyond to ensure there guest had a wonderful stay. Extremely impressed.

We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. The communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really to be recommended for any stay in the area. Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

Great apartment with excellent amenities in quiet location. Struggled to check in but that was due to me not reading instructions properly - host was easily contacted and very quickly resolved our problems. Well equipped, spacious apartment which was perfect for our needs.
