Our renovated house is quietly located and has a 35 m2 living room (160 cm sofa bed), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with toilet, shower, sink), a 20 m2 bedroom (160 cm bed and single bed) and a large 300 m2 enclosed garden.

Renovated in 2021, our house has a garden and two terraces (overlooking the courtyard and garden). It is located in the Mauret district, 400 m from the Bassin beach and local shops: bakery, Carrefour City, fishmonger, greengrocer, wine cellar, hairdressers, restaurant, La Poste, oyster farmer). It's easy to get around by bike thanks to the bike path that runs along the coast. Note: linens are not included but can be for an extra €10 per person.
