Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Anderson Township

Martine and Janice were both fantastic from the time we booked to the time we left with communicating with us. They provided clear instructions on how to gain access to the home, some interesting history on the area and home, activities to do in the area, and instructions for check out. The home was very clean. The floor plan was nice with large open living/dining space facing the river. Watching the barges on the river was pretty cool and there is a nice deck with comfy deck furniture or two comfy chairs inside you can enjoy watching them from!

We stayed 3 nights while visiting relatives. The place was easy to find and parking was great. The neighborhood was very quiet and seemed very safe. The interior was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The out door area was a nice bonus, but it could have been a little cleaner. The only other negative we had was no tv in the main living area. We would definitely stay there again!

Had a wonderful stay at Grant's place while in town for work. Backyard was perfect for my dog, place was so well decorated and stocked, and everything was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

We had a good stay here, the place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description. Everything we needed was provided and the host was easy to communicate with. It was a pleasant and convenient spot for our trip. We would be happy to stay again!

This stay was perfect for my family of 5 plus a toddler. Very spacious. Felt at home. Host was super quick to resolve any issues and super helpful with local cake recommendations. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy. If we ever find ourselves near Cincinnati again, this is my first look into staying. Thank you hosts for everything.

1. Need more 1 glasses, only had 1. 2. I know that it was a CRAZY heatwave and temperatures were around 100 but the air conditioning could NOT keep up. It was comfortable enough during the day (around 85) but at night it was around 75-77 in main areas, the bedroom on the main floor was warmer than that. Definitely appreciated the ceiling fans! 3. Great neighborhood, was able to go for walk/run in the morning. Was able to walk to High Grain and Dipper for ice cream! 4. Everything was clean and nicely decorated.

Cody prompt in addressing our door code issue and got us right in within minutes. The house smelled amazing and was really clean and styled professionally (coming from someone in the hotel industry). Area was safe and the location was quiet. Cody made some great suggestions for local parks for our pets. Would stay again if I’m in the area!

This AirBnB was quiet, cute, and exactly what we needed as we were passing through Cincinnati! We recommend the Northside and this spot specifically! Thanks, Sarah, and Ben!

Amazing place. Just as advertised.

Everyone in our party loved the hot tub. Lots of bathrooms was great for our large group. Several had to sleep on couches and air mattresses but overall everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space.

Denise’s apartment was absolutely amazing. All the instructions were so clear and she was super helpful! Everything was exactly as pictured and so cozy.

The place was beautiful and comfortable for two people. Very clean. Loved the location as any activities we chose were walkable or a quick drive away. Responsive host. Only downside was the pool was not yet opened as the city has not yet cleared it for the season. That was a bummer since we booked it since it had a pool and assumed it would be open since it’s almost July. Otherwise great stay and would definitely stay again!

This place is so cute—everything as described, super clean and adorable decor! Easy check in/out process. Wonderful communication from the host! We’d definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

Tyler's place was just as described. The furnishings were comfortable, the deck and pool were great places to chill, and the fenced back yard was perfect for us as a old couple traveling with a young dog. (Our dog REALLY enjoyed the freedom to wander and run in the back yard.) Neighborhood is peaceful and a very short drive to some restaurants and stores in Independence.

Marian was so kind towards me and my friends and it was a beautiful suite to live on for couple days and the pool was the perfect thing to relax in after long day I loved it here will for sure come back again.

The place is so nice and clean. We came with our 2 year old and there is a park to play literally next door. The neighbor is so nice. She has chickens which was a HUGE hit for our little guy. She does a great job and they’re very clean. They were also quiet. It was very walkable to a lot of things. Super close to downtown. It was easy in and out. The coffee shop across the street is wonderful.

The backyard was great for the kids and dogs and the house was cozy with lots of room for guests.

Very cute and well equipped. We experienced no issues and had great communication with hosts. Of note and it wasn’t a surprise but the bathroom is very small. The rest of the house is spacious with plenty of room for two people. Parking was on the street but we never had an issue parking directly in front of unit. The immediate neighborhood was nice with many newly renovated houses surrounding this unit. The area outside of this block was sketchy. We never felt unsafe and will likely stay here next time we are in Cincinnati.

Loved this area. Oakley is the best place to stay at. I have a dog so it was so nice to walk the area without being scared. Easy to get to UC and right near stores, gyms can Starbucks and the highway. I felt right at home the minute I got there. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying here. It’s so worth it, especially if you aren’t from the area.

Cute place for two couples, especially convenient when going to a show at Riverbend.

Isaac was very friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay over University of Cincinnati graduation weekend. The house was extremely clean, was decorated with modern artistic decor, and had a nice yard even though we didn’t get to use it because of rain. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows! The location suited us well to travel between campus and Hyde Park, and Montgomery. We would not hesitate to choose their home again.

Angie is an awesome host. She gave attention to little things like snacks, coffee & creamer, shampoo & conditioner and so much more! I would stay at her place again!

Wonderful hospitality in a great area. We really enjoyed our stay. Having modern appliances and smart air conditioning was super helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay.
