Daniel was a great very responsive host. He was very accommodating and even allowed us to check out a little later per our request. The place was clean and exactly as described.

We enjoyed our stay here. Cole was easy to communicate with and checked in regularly. The place was very comfortable, including the bed and AC units. Everyone in the neighborhood uses street parking, but we never had issues finding a spot. We would stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful the unit was clean, beautiful and well equipped with everything that you need, in a prime location! The host was responsive, supportive, and through. I really enjoyed my stay. I will come back to Cincinatti. I would love to stay there at the end thank you.

This tiny home was such a delightful surprise! It far exceeded my expectations—cozy, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything I needed for an extended stay. The thoughtful details Roderick and Ian incorporated into the space were truly impressive, creating a welcoming and comfortable retreat. Very accurate listing. Nice neighborhood. I had trouble seeing the numbers on the lockbox/getting it open, but otherwise it was exactly what I needed.

I was in town for a wedding at Xavier and this place is literally steps away! It was very clean, bigger than expected, had everything I could possibly need. Also super nice this place has its own private parking area. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay around the campus! Last note, if anyone does have a car the sits low, be slightly cautions, the driveway is steep which causes scrapping between your car and the ground. That is not fault to the owners thought, just a heads up!

When I’m headed to Cincinnati, this is my go-to. It is the perfect property for me and Eric handles everything warmly and professionally. I have probably stayed there a dozen times and always want to go back.

Kelly’s place was very clean and inviting! It was free of clutter and perfect for 6 adults to stay comfortably. She provided all of the little “extras” that made the place cozy and inviting. I would recommend her place to anyone!

Great spot for our stay in Cincinnati! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for unwinding after busy days out. Super easy to get around with public transit nearby, and there are tons of restaurants and entertainment just a quick drive away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. The large backyard was really nice, and my family had a good time hanging out, playing catch, and relaxing in the hammock. We even had a deer show up one evening! If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient place this is a good option. Highly recommend!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this home. There are many small touches that made our stay pleasant: a well-stocked pantry, plentiful towels, lovely coffee options, a large garage that meant we could come/go without getting soaked by the rain. The house was very clean, and is located on a quiet street in an older neighborhood that felt safe. Bowen and Mina were attentive hosts…we’d choose this home again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Katherine’s house. Katherine and Barb were very accessible and proactive. It was just as described and very well laid out. The kitchen living room space was perfect to hang out in and visit with each other. It was well stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need. The outdoor space is truly an oasis! I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area!

We were in town for my son’s wedding & The Marble House was the perfect amount of space for us with just what we needed in a home away from home! The home was immaculate and the hosts cooperative with our special requests & responsive when we needed them.

Beautiful condo! Sid’s place is in a lovely, historic neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks and easy access to downtown Cincinnati. This condo was far nicer and cheaper than any hotel I could have booked. Plus, Sid provided a manual with detailed descriptions of the amenities and his expectations.

Ryan’s place was exactly as described. His instructions are very clear and even included pictures of how to get to his unit from the street. As others have mentioned, the stairs to the unit are steep, so be prepared for that, but they didn’t bother us. The location is great for those wanted to see a game or go to OTR, but it’s in the middle of the city so they are some interesting characters walking around at times. We never felt unsafe and the unit is good with keeping out city noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Checks ALL boxes of being fantastic! This is our second time staying at this building of Nicks and I’ll be back every time I’m in the area! Tons of little shops to go check out, all around perfect place to stay!!

What a fantastic location (can’t brag enough about the dedicated parking) for our trip! For what I paid for two nights at Sid’s (all taxes and fees included) was about the price of one night in a hotel. The instructions that included pictures were the most helpful to find the door. When I had trouble getting in, Sid was right there. He called to help me troubleshoot and we figured out a solution. Haha, my only advice is that if you have brain fog like me after driving for hours, the garage gate has a sensor to get out, but you push the garage opener to get in. I had my sweet husband outside the car waving the opener like a weirdo until he said “oh wait, there is a button” as I was calling Sid for help again :) I wish I could tell you about the things in the area, but we didn’t get time to explore. However, this means it’s a great excuse to come back and book Sid’s place again!

This is a small studio space located in the heart of OTR. Good if you plan to spend time away from the Airbnb. Would recommend planning to work from a library or cafe if you are on a work trip as the space is small. Nice kitchen and great appliances. The bathroom is relatively large given the size of the rest of the space.

Awesome apartment in the heart of Over-the-Rhine. Key feature and super amazing for us, was the City Connecter, with three stations all within a block or less from the apartment. We used that tram regularly and only used our vehicle for already planned trips further away. The apartment is very cute and well furnished. It’s very quiet, even when the bar two stories below has patrons outside, and we felt completely at home while visiting. There are so many local eats a walk or tram away, it’s ridiculous. Too many to choose from. If you’re going to a Red’s game, STAY HERE, take the City Connector. It literally drops you off at the Great American Ballpark, skipping all the traffic and parking fees that come with those ventures. We do plan to go back and will stay here again!

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!

Helpful and responsive host. Charming apartment and dynamic location. 30+ stairs to climb in order to access, though, so pack light and consider your own physical limitations.
