Holiday rentals with a patio in Andrés

I only went one night and I really liked everything. It was well located, it was clean, nicely organized, everything worked. If I had to rent it again, I would definitely do it again

Place very very clean, great host…

Wonderful hosting group and amazing tower in which the apartment is located. The tower staff and amenities are impressive and immaculately maintained. The hosting team was upfront with checkin details as well as highly responsive throughout our stay. The features of the tower are picturesque and must be seen to fully appreciated.

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

Very responsive and awesome host. Was greeted by his mom and another family member. Nicest family you would ever meet and I appreciate them letting me use their place. Great location as it's close to the colonial zone and Malecon areas. Will definitely use again.

The apartment is very comfortable, it is very familiar, the only thing we had problems with was the Wifi, it was very unstable, but otherwise everything was very good. They are very kind and are always looking out for you

Everything is exceptional. The villa is beautiful with everything you could need. Everything is very clean, the decoration is exquisite, the surroundings are beautiful, the employees are friendly. Amaury as co-host was attentive to every detail, the excellent communication. Marleny as a host is understanding, kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

large beautiful apartment in good location

Honestly I am not the kind of person to give much reviews and I have done it its been fast and whatever. In this case I wanted to take my time because I really did like the way Sammantha responded to every question right away, made sure that I was conformable from my arrival till the day I left the apartment. In reference to the building and the apartment parking is great, felt secure and had everything was close including a "Colmado" grocery store right across the street. I will for sure be back on my next stay in DR!

This is a great place to stay in Santo Domingo. I went there with my 2 daughters and they loved the rooftop pool. The pool is small but very comfortable. It is a safe área with security and a very clean apartment. They have hot water and air conditioning . All in all a great place to stay
