What great apartment for our first time visiting Florence! Easy check in and check out was a plus. Modern amenities, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. It was outside the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas but within walking distance. Convenient parking lot a few doors down, a cute cafe/bar right next door and a supermarket around the block. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you, Caterina!

I studied abroad in Florence and stayed here at the end of my semester with my parents. This apartment is in a PERFECT location. Everything is genuinely 10 minutes walking distance away! The place is very spacious and we loved our stay here!

Paola’s place was a wonderful, cool safe haven in the busy city. Fantastic AC for the heat, comfortable, homey, with incredible views from the balcony. Paola was responsive and flexible when it took a long time for us to drop off our rental car, and provided some great local recommendations. Easy walking to the city center and tourist sights. We had a great stay!

Staying at Baggio’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we booked, Eddy was incredibly attentive and communicative, making sure our stay was seamless. The Airbnb itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location was unbeatable—close to all the sights while still offering a peaceful retreat. We arrived very late and got to the house around 11:30 PM. By 11:32 PM, we were already unpacking our suitcases in this breathtaking apartment. Azzurra, once again, thank you so much for such an easy check-in and for understanding that our little one (and us too) needed to get to sleep as soon as possible. The way the apartment is designed deserves a separate mention. Everything is so smartly planned, beautiful, and convenient — applause to the designer-architect! The furniture is stunning. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The duvets are feather-filled. The bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous! Everything is spotless. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the essentials so you don’t have to buy anything extra. The towels are impeccable, and the toiletries are wonderful. In short, we are absolutely thrilled with this place — a must-visit! I never even imagined such amazing apartments existed in Florence. And most importantly, everything is organized flawlessly! 💝💝💝

An amazing week of rest. The property and garden are beautiful and everything is complemented by a super pool that has just the temperature of the water for steam summer - it will refresh. It's big enough even if there are more people staying. The apartment was air conditioned, clean and very spacious. Valentina was great! She gave us absolutely everything. She recommended where to get to and what to do - taxis, trips, shopping, etc. There is a very strong internet connection, which our sons appreciated. But it was also great for me to be able to work from the garden :-). The city of Perugia is very nice and I didn't expect it at all to have such a beautiful historic center - just most restaurants open there quite late, so if you want to have lunch in the city, then the choice is limited. It's been a great week - I recommend it to everyone.

It was a great stay! The condo is actually part of a hotel and it was nice to be able to leave our suit cases at the front desk. Close to the water and was a beautiful stay.

It was a very clean and well-maintained house. The location is a little far from the center, but it was enough to walk to the Duomo in about 10 minutes. The host replied quickly and sent a lot of useful information for a trip to Florence, so it was a really satisfying trip. I recommend it!

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Another fantastic stay! Kosmas is an amazing host - super friendly and welcoming. I've stayed here twice already and I'm planning to come back for a third time. The apartment's location is great, and I loved exploring the area every day. You get to see a different side of Perugia beyond the tourist spots. There are some great bars and restaurants on the way to the city center, perfect for evenings. The apartment is perfectly set up with everything you need, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Plus, there's a cute little garden for your morning coffee. Everything you need is just around the corner - a supermarket, a bar for cappuccino and cornetti, and even free parking in a nearby underground garage. Highly recommend this place! We loved out stay… so peaceful with beautiful views from the pool and yet so close to the things that you want to see in Tuscany.

Very well located and clean accommodation, with an attentive and very patient host. Transportation is well served and close to the accommodation. The tram takes you to the historic center of Florence. We recommend that you travel to Pisa by train and to Siena by bus. An unforgettable Tuscan week due in large part to Simone's good advice. Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!

It was a simply fantastic week, a beautiful place, an oasis to relax and have fun in nature, but the real added value is Paolo, who is always ready and available to give useful advice on what to see in the area and has a constant friendly eye for his guests

Very good stay. We were able to enjoy. It's spacious. Very nice. New and clean and beds are comfortable. The proximity to the road is not an inconvenience. Not much time at night.

This was a truly authentic experience. Our host was so responsive and attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olive oil. And the passion our host has for his property is inspiring. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. We truly felt like family! This region of Italy is particularly beautiful and the town of Cortona was charming.

Duddova is a small, very quiet place - ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view over the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and laid out with great attention to detail - a true oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and the sights - a car is essential for this. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, fast and helpful. Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

Amazing Villa! We enjoyed every minute for our 10 days vacation. Absolutely conveniently located in proximity of Arezzo which gives us quick access for hour or two drive to all cultural and artistic towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The villa is exactly as described and beautiful maintained. Chiara and Andrea exceed our expectations for hospitality. Highly recommend their house.

We had a wonderful week of family reunion at Thomas’s farmhouse. The property is an authentic, rustic Tuscan farmhouse perched on a beautiful hill, offering breathtaking views. The pool is lovely and well-maintained, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Thomas was exceptionally responsive and eager to help—his support and hospitality made a real difference. We were a group of 17 family members and appreciated that the rooms were spread across the property, allowing for both togetherness and privacy when needed. Thomas and his wife prepared a wonderful lasagna dinner that catered to both vegans and meat-eating family members. The nearest town, Poppi, is about a 20-minute drive away. The road can be a bit challenging at night, but it’s worth the trip.

We had a wonderful time with all the animals. Our little girl was in her happiest place petting the animals, riding the swing and kicking the ball around. She never wanted to leave! The house felt just like home. it was spotless, comfortable and we had everything we needed. Would stay again!

The home was like a art museum-a well decorated slice of heaven. And the town, well it just doesn’t get better. A wonderful stay and we hope to be back soon!!
