Apartment holiday rentals in Anini Beach

We forgot to look at the AirBNB site the day before and when we got to the condo, the internet was hopeless. There was a moment of panic, but then we found the instructions and were able to get in after that. Everything else went smoothly.

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Kauai! Beautiful condo, facing the trees in the balcony, located in the best neighborhood of the island. We booked it last minute and Lani was super responsive and helpful - not only with the checkin, but especially by providing her recommendations about the island, which we loved! It truly exceeded our expectations, especially for being walking distance from Hideaways beach. It’s a must visit if you like snorkeling, every day we saw so many sea turtles! There’s almost no parking at the beach, so you have to stay in a place as Lani’s to be able to visit.

We had a great stay!! Seaside Haven was the perfect location for us to explore the north side of the island. It was VERY clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy. We felt safe. Hallie was very friendly and responsive. AC was amazing!!! The two units kept the entire home very cool. We loved having our own private SeaLodge Beach too! The walk down was a fun adventure (maybe 10 minutes) and it wasn’t too hard for our 5 year old. It was a secluded, calm beach for the kids to snorkel. We would definitely book with Hallie again.

The view from the apartment was spectacular! We really enjoyed having our breakfast and evening drinks on the lanai watching the surf. The layout of the apartment was lovely. It had all that we needed. We appreciated the snorkeling gear and beach towels and umbrella being available as well. Eric was very responsive and provided an excellent info book of things to do on the island, not just the North Shore. We highly recommend their place and would definitely stay again.

Got great deal compared to other hotels nearby. The room had fridge, kitchen and all utensils! The room even had little ocean view. Was fun!

Wowie wow. Unreal views…cozy and modern interior…perfectly laid back and magical! Todd did an amazing job…thank you for an amazing vacation! Quick hop over to Hanalei…our 6 year old loved running up and down the rolling grassy hills and exploring the property…just perfect.

We had a wonderful stay in this place ! The house was So clean and well kept. Blender was in use all week for the wonderful Kauai fruit Smoothies we made all week. Pool are was amazing. Quick drive to Foodland and Hanalei. So many nice beaches in driving distance. Violeta was very responsive to our questions! Amazing value!

HUGE room and GREAT deal. It was so much space for the two of us. Our biggest complaint is the no AC. It made it difficult to be in the room past a certain time and we slept above the sheets. Otherwise it was great and the price is very affordable.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and activities. The amenities were top-notch and exactly as described, making the stay comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for both comfort and a great location!

Well appointed condo in perfect location. We've stayed in several Pale Ke Kua condos and this is our favorite. Sunrise from the lanai every day, sunsets over Bali Hai just steps away. The Quiet corner of Princeville yet easy access to everything. Thanks Sally...we'll be back!!

We had an excellent stay, and would absolutely stay again. The views are gorgeous, and easy access to such a beautiful beach was the highlight for me. Our kids enjoyed all the amenities, and we appreciated how responsive and thoughtful the host was. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and the treats and coffee waiting for us the first day was a bonus on a lovely stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, grosszügiges Badezimmer mit ausreichend Handtüchern. Den Sonnenschirm und die Strandstühle haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Beautiful place looking out over the beach. Here are some things to be aware of! - Kauai is full of chickens. You will most likely be woken up each morning by roosters cock-a-doodle-dooing. 🙂 - Kauai is humid. Enas provides a few fans, and on hotter days, these will be your friends. There is no A/C. - The windows to the unit are not paneled windows. This leads to an element of more-easily being able to hear what’s going on outside from inside, and being able to hear what’s going on inside from outside. You will feel cozy with neighbors.. that’s all. - The beach out front has a tide pool, which is great for exploring. We spent time watching the fish and crabs in the tide pool. - Kapa’a is a great central location on the island. Great access to the north (Hanalei, Princeville). Great restaurants and hikes nearby in Kapa’a. Decent access to the south east and south parts of the island. - Enas had some cold water and ice in the fridge/freezer, which was great!

Jim's place was beautiful and had a gorgeous view. There were many amenities, including an old record player with hawaiian vinyl records. We really enjoyed that added touch. It has a great access to a beautiful sandy beach and a nice walk down Poipu Beach to Brennecke's beach to see the turtles. There are restaurants, Starbucks, grocery stores and shopping a short drive away. We had some trouble finding the building number and the neighbor on the bottom floor paid us a visit to tell us we were walking too loudly. (Grouchy Renter) Overrall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at Jim's place again.

I don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay on our honeymoon than Aloha Kai. Jon’s place is modern and immaculate with a homey feel and all the amenities you could ask for. He is a responsive host and it was apparent he wanted us to have a memorable stay. Kapaa is an excellent area with lots of great restaurants and shops in walking distance yet not overly crowded. My wife and I can’t wait to return! 10/10 would recommend Jon’s Aloha Kai paradise!

If you want to have a true Hawaiian experience; you should stay at this place. Absolutely amazing views, the sea just outside your house. The apartment is well equipped and so wonderful decorated. At arrival there were some snacks and candy on the table. 😃 We enjoyed the XL balcony in the morning, enjoying the view with a cup of coffee ( coffee and tea is also provided ). And we liked it so much that there are no windows ( except the doors to the terrace) it’s all shades so you experience the ocean breeze in the house. Shower is great. Parking in front of the building. Shops and restaurants at walking distance. We are definitely visit this place again. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, but what truly made it special were the absolutely stunning views—especially during sunset. Watching the sun go down from the lanai was a highlight of our trip. Deborah was very accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and soak in beautiful scenery.

This was an amazing stay! The house is beautifully decorated and the layout is just amazing. I don’t have one bad thing to say about our stay. 5+ stars for this home. Our kids had a great time in their bedrooms and felt right at home. Thank you for making our stay so special! Aloha

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Short walk to everything Princeville has to offer and a short drive to Hanalei and Anini beach. Gorgeous property in an even more stunning area. Condo was sparkling clean and fully stocked with anything you could need for a beach day. Very much enjoyed the cats that live in the neighborhood 🐱 - would absolutely stay here again!

Shaun was a super friendly and proactive host. His place had everything we needed to entertain and care for our little one on her first big trip, which made life easy for mom and dad. We love the Kiahuna Plantation and highly recommend units like Shaun's on the backside of the property for privacy and peace, while still having easy access to all of the amenities. We look forward to our next trip!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and Alex’s place was great for our stay! The place was clean and close to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to get coffee across the street and eating at the local spots. It was well stocked with anything you’d need for a beach day. The mattress in the master bed was also a little stiff and I wish it was closer to the beach or had a closer beach view, but it is within a few minutes walk of a nearby beach. Overall, it’s centrally located in the south shore and I’d recommend to stay in this place!

Greta place to stay! Access to the pool from the lanai was awesome and very convenient for our kids!
