Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

This has been a near perfection experience. Beautiful house, perfect location, and well thought after details and designs. Christina is such a nice and friendly host too. Easily one of my best Airbnb stay over the past decade. Hope to come back for another stay in the future!

Armand is a really great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk from the lake) in a peaceful residential location and easy to access. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful region and all the amenities (shops and bike rental close by). We had a great stay in this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us advice for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

Can’t beat the view and the location

Apartment was beautiful, charming, and perfectly clean (and I am very picky). It is a perfect base for exploring the old town. If you have a car as we did, parking garage Saint-Claire is only a few minutes walk and wasn't very expensive. Having a washing machine for laundry was a plus. Stephanie was very responsive and friendly. If you are coming to Annecy, absolutely stay here!

Loved the design of the apartment. Great location from train station and close for walking to the adorable old town. The apartment is on a main street so a little loud when the windows are open but we are from a small town so many might not notice this. Fans helpful for the heat wave. The kitchen is wonderful. Great stay overall.

Tamara’s home was just as described, beautifully clean and stocked with whatever we needed for our stay. The location is perfect to be able to walk the whole quaint town of Annecy. Her home is just off one of the busier streets but once you walk in the front door, it is so quiet, you wouldn’t know it! Perfect for sitting on that blue balcony for afternoon coffee and listening to the birds chirping. The stairs up to the front door had automatic lights that came in so we felt secure even at night. Tamara was very friendly before, during and after check out, very responsive to messages. Her guide was perfect for guest who have never been to Annecy and wanted recommendations. She recommended a driver to bring us to the airport as well and Jeremy was great. I would recommend this home to everyone planning to visit this gorgeous town!

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well furnished studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city center and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short, 10/10, thank you again! 🥰

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with a pool house is just a few meters from the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex conveys a good sense of security. If we had any questions, the landlord answered immediately and gave us very attractive tips for companies, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
