Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Annecy

My group had a great time in Issam's apartment. We came for the animation festival, and it was a good price for the location. It's a 30-minute walk to the main festival venues, and there's also a bus right in front of the building, which was very convenient. Issam is a very attentive and welcoming host, he helped us a lot. The apartment stays cool even on days when it's 30°C, and the kitchen is very well equipped too. In short, I have nothing but praise for Issam and for this apartment. Thank you so much!

Great stay at Romane's, a nice setting despite the works and very quiet and peaceful place! Only small downside, the parking area otherwise really nothing to say! We will probably come back! Thank you for everything! 🤗🤩

We had a very pleasant stay at Sylvie's! The accommodation is quiet, in a peaceful location. The terrace is superb overlooking the mountains. Comfortable and spacious accommodation, clean, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Sylvie is very welcoming, flexible hours. We will be back with pleasure if we are visiting the area.

We spent 3 days in this very nice little studio with a view of the Lac du Bourget. Claude was very welcoming and gave good advice on activities to do around the studio. The area is super nice (accessible by car, on foot or by bike) - 30 minutes from the lake on foot. The terrace is a real plus in the studio to spend time in peace and shade in the afternoon☀️ Lots of hikes to do, activities and unusual places to discover nearby, a panel of flyers awaits you at the studio to discover them! A big thank you to Claude for offering this studio on Airbnb ☺️

Thank you to all the team at the Savoyard barn who received us in the best conditions! The accommodation is at least as beautiful as shown in the photos, large enough to accommodate 4 people, and was also very clean upon arrival. We also really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast offered, both for their quality and by the quantities offered! We won't hesitate to return 😊

Top house, we loved our stay at Eloïse's. As described. We were welcomed by Malo (the cat) very sociable and pleasant! The house was spotless, very clean! The budget is substantial but the house offers a number of beds and all kinds of activities to occupy young and old!

We will gladly return to Pascal's accommodation. It was clean, functional and looked like the description given. The only downside, which was not for my husband, is the road to get to the accommodation. These are mountain roads and being sick in the car I am not a fan. But the view makes you forget everything. I highly recommend this listing! In addition, Pascal is a friendly and responsive host.

Cozy cottage, mountain spirit assured with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, it lacked nothing.t. all. We were greeted with a beautiful Christmas tree, accompanied by small gifts. The cottage was well heated, clean, impeccable bedding, bathroom the same, open kitchen, functional, well-equipped. I would recommend this cottage located in a charming little village. Thanks to the owner.

Very nice house, with lots of space. Very nice outdoor space. The children were able to play safely with all the equipment available. A very good weekend during which we were able to meet with friends and our children. Frédéric is very friendly, available and accommodating. I really recommend it.

Very well-equipped accommodation where you have everything you need to have a good stay. The apartment is quiet and is very well located. Yvette and Vincent are very welcoming and give good advice to guide you on your mountain bike rides or markets. We had a great stay and will definitely come back

Wrong directions from my GPS, fortunately Jany the owner guided us by phone. Excellent hosting. Pleasant house and large fenced garden where we had the pleasure of having two small hedgehogs. Our dog (2 year old Staffie) loved the grounds. A forest on the back of the house and a sparsely busy road. A great view of the area at the end of a hike from the village church. Medieval city 15 minutes by car. In short, very satisfied with this stay and this house. Thanks to Geo and Jany.

Our stay at Cyril's went very well. The apartment matches the photos, a great view of the mountain and Lake Avoriaz, quiet. Good to know: a little walking from the parking lot to get to the apartment (100% pedestrian station). Small downside however for the clic clac, the mattress has lived a little. That said, we had a nice week of family vacation.

I would this property. Great location, with the ski bus every 30min or on foot in 15min, you are at the foot of the slopes. Superb views of the slopes. Cossy listing, as described. Very responsive and friendly hosts.

Caledonia and her husband are lovely people and they helped me in many ways. Let me use their garden when friends came, gave me cherries from the tree and even gave me a lift by car twice without my having asked them for it. Outstanding people!

We had a great time at Marie-Agnès's place. The place was very clean, impeccable bathroom. The location is ideal and very close to the different resorts of the diamond area. Very quiet residence and big plus for the balcony. Very small reserve on the lack of sopalin (roll already well started) and toilet paper, a roll and a half roll for a week is a little fair. But nothing serious I recommend it!

Great place. 10 min walk to gondola or 1 min walk to free shuttle to gondola if choose to wear ski boots. Very close to small grocery store and restaurants. Went for ski trip. Rented locker in Méribel to store all ski equipment and took the gondola 20-30 mins each morning. Beautiful scenery with trees and streams. Will stay at again.

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come back during my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.
