Monthly Rentals in Annecy-le-Vieux

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It is in a great, central location so a short walk into beautiful Annecy. The host was very friendly and responsive! :)

Excellent stay, would love to stay again. This was my second stay with Damien and it reinforced how good his place is. Great location, excellent property with good amenities, and very easy to deal with Damien. Very well set up for long stays. I was particularly appreciative of being able to use their outdoor area, which is beautiful. Very grateful for being hosted, I wish all AirBnb properties were this easy.

Lovely neighbourhood and apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by the local market with fresh produce next door, and that the apartment was within walking distance to the lake. Gregory was very attentive and hospitable. I received a call before our check-in to ensure my stay was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were very smooth.

I stayed in this apartment for three months as part of my work. Conveniently located, close to the city center and lake, and close to all amenities. Very easy to reach by car. Eliott, my point of contact, was very responsive following a small electrical outage and always available if needed. I highly recommend it!
