A heavenly stay and lovely hosts, thank you! We really enjoyed the little touches (bottle of cold water, etc.), the heated pool and its perfect temperature, the enchanting park. The house is also very well-equipped. We'll be happy to go back!

Nice weekend in a small house close to the city center with a nice private courtyard without overlooking neighbors at the back. Attentive hosts who welcomed us with something to have an aperitif and pods for lunch in the morning. 👍Very nice touch! If we have the opportunity to return to the region, we will book again!

Excellent value for money. Everything clean, tidy and all you need for a short break. The property is located in a farming community just outside Arras, very close to the Highland and Rockincourt War Cemeteries. The area is quiet and there are a choice of pretty walks straight from the front door. Would highly recommend.

This accommodation is perfect for a solo traveler on a weekend trip to Lille. It has everything you need. Close to a tram station, it is very easy to reach the center of Lille.

Well located apartment about 20 minutes' walk from the train station. Nearby restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and clean. We had a good stay there on the occasion of a pro trip with my small team.

An impeccable and tastefully decorated accommodation, a cute little terrace overlooking a beautiful garden (which unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy…). A quiet neighborhood and tranquility that we enjoyed. Services that are faithful to the photos. We recommend.

The stay was super. The Airbnb is exactly as expected from the pictures. It was very nice that there were no check-in and check-out times. The hosts were completely accommodating to our schedule. Upon arrival we were very kindly received, with a fine explanation of the Airbnb. There was even a delicious “Cramique au sucre et aux raisins” waiting for us. There was also a pass for the metro left for us. And there were several information booklets about Lille. After returning the key, the host even helped us load the car. I recommend this stay to everyone!

Our stay at Fabrice's was perfect. The accommodation has been refurbished recently so what else to say but perfect. 😉 Its environment is very quiet, well located for public transport and even for the brave, within walking distance of Old Lille and small shops. Great, we recommend it 😁

Whether it's communication (upstream and on site)the welcome (smiling, kind ) the calm (remote place to the street, no noise), the accommodation (very clean, classy, clean, retro, comfortable, cozy, everything you need, everything is thought out in every detail...). This is the second time we have stayed with Dorothée and, just like for the first time, we are extremely satisfied with it: the apartment is impeccable, the room is spacious, quiet, the bedding quality. The bathroom and kitchen are just as nice. Of course the terrace overlooking a small green park is a must. After a day of walking in Lille for a drink on this terrace, it's a guaranteed pleasure. Dorothée welcomed us with great attention to make us feel at home and that was really the case. We sincerely thank her for the quality of the service. If we go back to Lille it will be in this beautiful apartment, or nothing. And I forgot: the parking space just below the property is also a very nice plus.
