Holiday rentals with beach access in Ansedonia

Fabrizio is hands down one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet on airbnb. His communication is unmatched, and he offers driving services to the port/roma airport, and more. I can't wait to come back to Civitavecchia and room here again. The apartment is equally fantastic with cleanliness, spaciousness, and a historical charm. Thanks Fabrizio!

We had a wonderful time in Giglio. The apartment exceeded our expectations, everything was there, everything worked, just so that it was comfortable for us from the first moment. The view of Campese is spectacular, the surroundings around the apartment are beautiful and functional. The communication worked tip top, we arrived late, but that was no problem. Since friends of ours were also on the island and we visited each other, I really appreciated that the kitchen equipment was not "counted", which means that there were also glasses, cups, etc. for visitors. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at Maria Argia's for our first family vacation, she and her husband were very welcoming and helpful, they provided a cot and responded promptly to my requests to facilitate the trip with a newborn. Beautiful and clean studio apartment with everything you need to cook and eat at home, as we often did. Enjoyable and relaxing outdoor patio, very convenient indoor parking space. On foot in a very short time you get to both the lake and the beautiful village of Bolsena, they then suggested what to see nearby. Super recommended.

Convenient accommodation, well equipped and especially well located for a small stay of 3-4 days for a group of 3 guests. The street can be noisy at night. The host was very responsive when we needed it making the experience very satisfying!

The apartment is very nice and completely new, convenient location for Punta Ala .

I hate to write this review, because I would like to keep that amazing place to myself! It is the ultimate holiday destination with all you may need to relax, enjoy amazing views and experience the nature. Pictures don’t do justice to this amazing apartment with 5 terraces, beautiful interior and all comfort you may need. It’s a real place, filled with art, books, board games and with a fully equipped kitchen. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Our stay here with Eleonora was absolutely amazing! We are on a 2 week trip in Europe, and this by far was our favorite place to stay so far! Daniela and her son were there to help us check in. They were super friendly and helpful, as well as kind a caring. I cannot speak highly enough about this stay. AMAZING!

Enrica was very friendly and welcoming, and even picked us and our heavy bags up from the ferry port. Everything was as expected and it was nice to be able to eat outside whilst looking down on the sea. It was even nicer that we were the only ones staying there so that there were no people staying in the other apartment and no other neighbours nearby. There was nothing that could have made our stay better than it actually was. Recommended.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and accommodating landlords. Smooth and fast communication and very flexible in terms of arrival and departure. Top location, only about 100 meters to the beach and a very quiet area. Recommended for those who want to take a vacation and relax. The old town is very lively and quickly accessible on foot. On the first day, the landlady even provided us with cold water and brought fresh croissants.

We stayed in Cinzia's house for five to ten days and found the accommodation comfortable and well distributed. The double bedroom with a private bathroom is the best. The recently renovated accommodation was very clean and had all the necessary equipment for both the kitchen and the rest. The outdoor area, with its complete and well-kept furnishings, allows you to enjoy lunches, dinners and relaxation in the perfectly shaded garden. Very close to the beach, a half-hour walk from the village, it is the ideal place for those who love tranquility. Cinzia responded immediately to our requests with care and kindness. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended.

Alexander's lovely place is bright and cool. Spacious and functional spaces inside and convenient access to an outdoor space overlooking the sea beyond Via Panoramica. Perfect for a family vacation and as a base to explore the wonderful surroundings of the Argentario. We fell in love with Cala del Gesso and Cala Grande, just a few minutes away by car (and a nice walk, challenging but fascinating) from the accommodation. Alexander and Ariel were friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Spotlessly clean and tidy cottage and garden in a lovely, quiet and beautiful area. Fabulously clean and sparkly swimming pool. Eleanor, our host was friendly, helpful and very responsive, and made good suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The food at Ripetta restaurant in Gradoli was excellent. Definitely a place we would be happy to return to.

Everything was perfect, even the weather.

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

Our stay at Alessandra´s place has been fantastic. The house and the terrace are gorgeous. Stitting there in the late afternoon and evenings, watching the sun set is a dream - no need to move much. A nice beach with pebble stone can be reached in walking distance. The house has everything you need and is spacy and comfortable. The mosquito nets in front of doors and windows are pretty useful. For everyone enjoying a great view over the sea it is highly recommended. The communication has been easy and fast. Nothing to complain. Thanks for the great time we had.

Loved all the personal touches. She greeted us and provided us with fresh Italian pastries and showed us how to use everything in the apartment. They also scheduled transportation to the cruise port. Perfect for travelers cruising out of Civitavecchia.

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

I cannot thank Micaela enough for her kindness, patience and help when we arrived late and left the key and the phones inside. A very nice neighbor called her and she came right over to let us in. Never complained, was so hospitable and patient about the situation. Better than I might have been! Thank you for being the wonderful host you are!

Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing context within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was amazed again by the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, the owner is delightful and very helpful who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

Blown away, we will be back many times

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Emanuelas communication before and during our stay was excellent. The apartment is excellent with a great view of the harbour and very convenient for local shops and restaurants. Couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay, especially if, like us, you were going on a cruise from Civitavecchia.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop
