Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 small bedroom with a double bed (4 total beds), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Outside is a large shaded veranda, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. In the area there are shops for basic necessities and some restaurants. The house is located 10/15 min from the city center.

Cozy and relaxing apartment, very quiet area. Cross the main road and you're on the Livorno waterfront. We are on the third floor with an elevator. Convenient for parking your car, there is also indoor parking (not large), minutes away from the city center. Large terrace with table and chairs. The apartment is very bright and refurbished as of March 2024, linens, dishes, pots, table and chairs all new. If necessary, a 60x120 crib is available.
