The listing is located in a fairly central area and close to the sea. In fact, you can easily reach both destinations on foot. Cozy and relaxing apartment, very quiet area. Cross the main road and you're on the Livorno waterfront. We are on the third floor with an elevator. Convenient for parking your car, there is also indoor parking (not large), minutes away from the city center. Large terrace with table and chairs. The apartment is very bright and refurbished as of March 2024, linens, dishes, pots, table and chairs all new. If necessary, a 60x120 crib is available.

In a beautiful location overlooking the Terrazza Mascagni, Stefano's accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos seen on the site. Comfortable, clean and convenient to add the center and the beaches. I recommend changing the coffee machine (impossible to open) and adding a few more coffee pods. Otherwise, they were wonderful. We'll be back.

we enjoyed this lovely quiet place with fantastic skies and sunsets. in warm weather it stays nice and cool due to higher location and is easily accessible by car and bike. The bike can also be done in the cable tram and it is also easy for sporty cyclists. Susanna is very friendly and gives lots of tips for nice restaurants!

In addition to the cleanliness, everything necessary for cooking and basic things like coffee, sugar, oil, salt, etc. was present. Upon arrival, Luigia greeted us in a kind and helpful manner. The apartment is comfortable and welcoming and special care and attention for the guest (remote control sanitized and wrapped, presence of bags for the net, domopack, etc.) Thank you.
