My home is on top floor of building, completely separate entrance and living space. Designated parking. Private use of Hot Tub . No pets, smoking or big parties.

Please note, access to the house requires a climb up roughly 200 stairs, if an issue, this is NOT the house for you.

Ample parking, washer/dryer, large screen T.V. There is an ADU that is rented occasionally. It is next to the detached garage (not part of rental). No windows view backyard.
