In deze centraal en groen gelegen accommodatie is er op de benedenverdieping ruimte voor 2 personen en een hond en/of een klein kind. Er staan twee brede enkele bedden naast elkaar, er is een klein salon en een ruime tafel met een kookhoek. Een babybedje kan bij geplaatst worden. Een doucheruimte omvat ook lavabo en toilet. Buiten is er een privé-terrasje met een ruime tafel. Het terrein is afgesloten, handig voor de hond. Trein en bus brengen u zo naar Brussel en Antwerpen, station vlakbij.

Dit knusse huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen verblijf. De aparte slaap- en zitruimte biedt een comfortabel bed, zetel en TV. De keuken biedt ruimte voor ontbijt en het opwarmen van een maaltijd. De badkamer is verrassend ruim en mooi afgewerkt met een moderne douche en zachte handdoeken. Voor wie tijdens het verblijf toch wat wil werken of studeren, is er een handige bureauhoek ingericht. Dit verblijf is de perfecte balans tussen ontspanning, comfort en functionaliteit!

L'appartement est situé à côté de la maison dans le centre de Kontich, juste en face d'un parc et est accessible par le jardin. A 5 minutes, vous êtes sur la E19 en direction d'Anvers (12 minutes), Malines (10 minutes), Zaventem (25 minutes) et Bruxelles (30 minutes). Nous nous réjouissons de vous accueillir!

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze serene, stijlvolle guest suite. De ruimte ademt rust en eenvoud, met een minimalistisch design, zachte kleuren en uitzicht op een groene patio. Er is een koelkast en de mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te zetten. De suite beschikt over een eigen badkamer en een kleine buitenruimte om te genieten van de stilte. Gelegen vlak bij het Zuid en op slechts een kwartiertje wandelen van het stadscentrum — perfect voor wie houdt van licht, rust en tijdloos design.

The Studio

Karaktervolle tuinflat met zonnige privé buitenruimte. De accommodatie bevindt zich op steenworpafstand van het centrum van Ekeren en op een boogscheut van historisch Antwerpen en de haven. Met trein, tram, bus of fiets sta je in no-time in Antwerpen centrum. Winkels, restaurants en terrasjes zijn te voet te bereiken. Voor een wandeling in het groen zijn er vlakbij meerdere parken en natuurgebieden. Ook met de fiets kan je vlot naar Antwerpen of zijn er leuke routes richting natuur.

Onze studio bevindt zich in de sous-terrain van ons huis, een gezellig toevluchtsoord dat perfect is voor stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakenreizigers. De locatie is gewoon fantastisch - binnen de Antwerpse ring, op een steenworp afstand van het levendige Zuid. Op slechts 20 minuten wandelen van het historisch centrum. Ideaal om te genieten van de rijke geschiedenis, te proeven van de lokale lekkernijen of gewoon de unieke sfeer van Antwerpen op te snuiven.

You will have a lovely, groundfloor studio of 30m2 with separate entrance and terrace. Charmingly decorated, warm atmosphere and all the basics for your comfort. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Just outside the center, everything on walking distance. Lots of grocery shops in the nearby streets. Parking space available across the street upon request, 35 euro for 4 days max. There is a school next to the studio, so on weekdays there might be some noise.

Cool, completely renovated studio located on the bustling South, close to numerous trendy cafes & restaurants, within walking distance of the Museum of Fine Arts and the historic city center... In short, the ideal base for discovering Antwerp! The studio has a cozy living room, a bedroom (double bed, possibly split into 2 single beds) and shower room with toilet. WiFi included, dogs are welcome for an additional fee of 7 euro per night.

Our small but cozy garden house is located 30 minutes cycling distance from Antwerp. There are 2 bike stations of donkey bike 3 minutes from our location. The Tuinhuisje is close to a station (5 min. walking distance) Sint-Mariaburg or Ekeren. Even if you come by car, there is plenty of parking in the street.
