There's a large underground parking lot opposite the building, priced at €24 per day. Every Wednesday and Friday, a market opens in the square in front of the building, where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruit, and other essentials. The central square is a 20-minute walk away. A beautiful yacht docking area and a famous museum are a 5-minute walk away.

The hammock garden is meant to let you relax, and in windy or cold weather you can enjoy the veranda. On one corner of the street, Ranst forest begins with bicycle junction "77", along the other side, the supermarket is 300 meters away.
