Holiday rentals with breakfast in Anzio

Alessandro war ein guter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hat direkt auf Fragen geantwortet. Die Unterkunft bzw. das Grundstück ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Um ins nächste Örtchen zu kommen, sollte man allerdings ein Auto haben, da die Unterkunft direkt zwischen zwei vielbefahrenen Straßen liegt. Da ist es etwas schwierig als Fußgänger. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Uma experiência incrível . O bairro é distante do centro mais na esquina já tem o metrô que te conecta com tudo. Tudo muito limpo, lugar totalmente equipado, tem tudo que precisamos. O que mais gostei foi que mesmo eu nao falando italiano consegui conversar super bem com a Rosetta. Ela deixou um cafezinho delicioso também para nós. Com certeza vou indicar e vou voltar. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Looked just like the photos!! Very clean and Stefania was so friendly and helpful!! We had a great time walking around the town, the views were beautiful. The only issue we faced was finding restaurants that had menu items without pork in them, as my husband and I are muslim.

Great and clean place exactly as described. Antonella and David provided very clear instructions on rides for arrival and check in/check out which was helpful. Would highly recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about this adorable apartment! We were able to check in a few hours early, which was greatly appreciated after a long morning of travel. The apartment is perfect for two people, with the location being ideal to walk to the sites but the unit feeling safe and private. We truly loved it and would highly recommend!

Sonia is the best! She is incredibly considerate and kind, and the information she provided was extremely helpful. Her recommendations for restaurants and the ice cream place were spot-on, and the nearby taxi station was very convenient. The apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic location—easy to access many attractions. Before heading to the airport, I spent 30 minutes on the flower balcony - perfectly wrapped up my wonderful trip to Rome. Highly recommend staying here!

Appartamento ampio e comodo. Molto ben posizionato per le connessioni. Il quartiere è popolato da un'insolito (per me) gruppo di pappagalli verdi che volano e vivono come piccioni tra gli alberi dei viali e giardini. Fulvio comunica in maniera veloce e precisa. È stato tutto facile.

The hosts and location of this rental are amazing! We knew very little about Fiumicino when we booked several months ago and was pleasantly surprised of what this area had to offer. Cristiana’s location is right on one of the main roads to stroll along (Via Della Torre Clementina). It was an easy walk alongside the water to several local restaurants. We tried her recommendations for restaurants and they were fantastic! The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated - great style and comfortable accommodations. The special touches were nice - cookies, little snacks, etc. that we greatly appreciated from our long journey. We were trying to figure out how to get to the airport early in the morning (6am) and Cristiana and her husband offered to take us without hesitation. Thank you for letting us use this great apartment - we love the location and will think of this place and experience fondly ❤️

Claudia is a wonderful host. Her communication before arrival was top notch. She left many snacks and water which was an added bonus to the stay. The location is very walkable to all the major sites. The apartment is just like in the pictures and the street while busy during the day becomes quiet at night. The bed was very low to the ground and the mattress was very firm. All in all it was a wonderful stay for 2 people.

Laura's tiny house is an amazing place right in Fiumicino. Easy to get to from the bus at the airport. The place is very cozy, and you will feel at home. Laura is very hospitable and friendly. She is very accommodating and I can not say enough nice things about her. She is a true sweetheart. Thank you for the stay.

Extremely good location, nice landlords, good space for two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Rooftop so with a view. Would recommend this place and the location

Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your family home! We loved the decor, location and history all around. Meeting Paolo at entry was definitely a high point - he’s so informative and you can tell he loves his country (listen to the food recommendations too!) Would recommend highly to stay here and would stay again if I’m lucky enough! :) Grazie!!!!

Maria Grazia è una di quelle persone che conosci e già sai che ti resterà nel cuore per sempre. Romana de Roma, ti accoglie a casa e non ti fa sentire come un ospite ma come un amico. Sempre disponibile, dispensa consigli utilissimi per gli spostamenti, per le cose particolari da vedere e per i cibi della tradizione da assaporare. Spazio comune per colazione ed eventuali pasti da consumare molto pulito ed accogliente, bagno impeccabile e camera con affaccio su giardino privato dove si possono anche fare pranzo o cena in totale privacy e riparati dal caldo. Insomma, tutto perfetto ma la vera differenza si chiama Maria Grazia!

The apartment was very good located, was clean and was exactly as the pictures in the Airbnb. We loved it, also Riccardo communicated with us all the time, which was very helpful and he also allowed us to arrive earlier and leave late which was amazing from him. We will definitely come back to Rome as there is soo much to do and to see! And we will definitely come back to Ricardo’s place! Thank you!!

Simplesmente perfeito!!! O apartamento é muito confortável e equipado. Realmente pertinho do Coliseu e do lado do metrô, consegui acesso fácil a todos os lugares que quis visitar. Francesca e Anna sempre muito gentis e solícitas. Com toda certeza voltaria.

We hebben 6 heerlijke dagen hier gehad in Rome, vlak bij het Vaticaan en te midden van restaurants en prachtige gebouwen en musea. De host was zeer vriendelijk, gaf tal van tips en als we vragen hadden was hij altijd beschikbaar en bereikbaar

This was my first time renting a room in someone else’s home, and it was a wonderful experience. My main concern was privacy, which was absolutely not an issue at all at Andrea’s home. The apartment has only one entrance, which leads to a living room for the guests to use. At the right, a locked door leads to Andrea’s area. At the left, a hallway covered with a curtain leads to a private bathroom and a private room with private balcony. We met Andrea at check-in, and never saw him again although I think he was there some of the time. The room is super silent, it has an excelent AC system to which guests have a remote control. The shower is great and spacious, the bed is big and acceptable. The room is quipped with a refrigerator and some furniture to settle down. The location is perfect, 4 blocks from the Metro, in a quiet area with many trattorias and cafes. Away from Rome’s center touristic chaos but with all the commodities you need such as groceries, meals and laundry.
