Η κατοικια βρίσκεται στην παραλία Βαθύ της Σίφνου και απέχει μόλις 15 μέτρα από την παραλία. Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο, η επιφάνειά του διαμερίσματος είναι 48 τ.μ. και επιπλέον έχει μεγάλες βεράντες ανατολικά και δυτικά 45 τ.μ. με θέα θάλασσα (συνολική επιφάνεια ορόφου 93 τ.μ.) Το διαμέρισμα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 6 άτομα. Αποτελείται από κουζίνα, καθιστικό με καναπέ-κρεβάτι διπλό, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα ημίδιπλο και ένα μονό κρεβάτι ,μπάνιο.
