Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Flos: design e giardino

FLOS si trova al piano terra ed è composto da due camere matrimoniali, due bagni, un ampio open space con cucina a isola e zona living. Lo spazio interno si estende verso l’esterno grazie a un giardino, dotato di salotto e una fontana dal design unico. I pavimenti in ceramica Mutina Mater color bianco enfatizzano la luce naturale nella zona giorno con eleganza materica. Completano la zona living un divano in pelle bianca di Poltrona Frau e “The Frame”, una TV che si trasforma in opera d’arte.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.
