TOP experience. Ugo is a communicative, friendly and helpful Host. The 110-square-meter apartment is exactly as in the photos, even a closet as large as all the rooms in the house. Impeccable order and cleanliness. The apartment is equipped with everything, including a cordless Dyson vacuum cleaner. It is located in an area with quick access to the main roads, other amenities, and in proximity to very beautiful scenic areas with historical/cultural value. The apartment is on the second floor but there is no elevator, it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. For hot periods, there are portable fans and the position of the windows allows good air circulation, reducing the heat. The installation of the air conditioner is planned shortly. Ugo is very attentive to sustainability, there are solar panels and automation for optimal control of the apartment. There is a reserved parking space. When we return to Friuli, we will contact him

Great place to stay and Lisa is a great host who cares deeply about her visitors. The breakfast was lovely and the sweets she made on our arrival were very tasty. I just wish that we could have stayed longer. Also, the bookcase is full of great classic literature!

Valeria's house is the perfect place for anyone who wants to explore the Friuli region. An hour away from both the sea, the mountains and Slovenia there is always something to do. The house itself is perfect; spacious, clean, cool during summer and with a great ambiance. The neighbourhood is quiet and shops, restaurants and supermarkets are just a stone's throw away. Absolutely recommended.

My husband and I were fortunate to have stayed in Silvio's lovely apartment for a week and could have happily remained for an entire month. Easily one of the most memorable, comfortable, and relaxing properties we've ever rented, and the perfect location for exploring the wonderful region of Friuli -Venezia Giulia. And if you need a change of cultural pace, be sure to enjoy the close-by enchanting nature preserve and mountain trails. Silvio and Nataly were exceptional hosts, only adding to the optimal level of our stay - do not hesitate to book and try to add a few extra days to soak in all that this delightful town and area have to offer - there's much more than prosciutto, as delicious as it is. We can't wait to return!
