Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arâches-la-Frasse

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

Very nice location, sun hits the chalet all day. Quiet area and a short drive to many nice hiking spots like Chamonix. Also got many hiking suggestions from the host which helped.

Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

This year we were dreaming of a Christmas in the snow and our wish was granted beyond our expectations! Thanks to Laure for putting her chalet at our disposal, warm and family, it met our expectations perfectly. Well located, it allowed us to take walks in beautiful sites nearby by car and skiing for our big kids. Laure was not present for our arrival, but had everything prepared (wood for the fire, small chocolates, snowshoes...) and she remained reachable at all times and very available. A special thought for her neighbor Hélène who welcomed us with exceptional kindness and advised us on the sites to visit. Small downside to the water heater that had a few wipes and the electric heater that can be adjusted in each room. We only used the wood burning stove, very efficient, but you have to be there to reload it. Apart from that, a dream vacation in an authentic cottage.

We had a perfect stay at the cottage - very cozy and looks exactly like the photos. It is extremely clean and well maintained, the views are stunning and the hosts very responsive. Already looking at coming back again next year as we loved it so much. Thank you so much!! x

We had a wonderful stay at this central located apartment in Annecy. You get everything you want if you just step out of the door. It is spotless clean, very well equipped and cozy. Estelle is a very attentive host reacting quickly. Highest recommendation !

Emannuelle and her friend are very welcoming and warm. The contact is immediately good, they are good-natured and put you at ease. I was able to enjoy the garden to sunbathe a little on the rare days when the sun showed up in the Arve valley, and I also had the pleasure of playing a little with the dogs. A simple and pleasant stay.

Anne’s place was perfect for our family of 5. Her decor was warm and welcoming and the location is easily walkable to town, restaurants, shops and train stations with stunning views of Mont Blanc. We were there in the spring but if you visit in the winter there is a ski lift out the back door! Highly recommend Anne’s place!!

Very good stay at this Airbnb. Good host communication, very responsive. Self check-in. Perfectly located, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped house. Fans available. Bikes are available, ideal for visiting Annecy. Paid parking nearby and also free if you go further away.

We had a very good stay with the family at Béatrice's, in a good setting, a haven of peace. This house feels like home, thank you again for the welcome and the little tips. Béatrice and her husband are pleasant and friendly people, I think I will come back without any worries.

We were 4 adults. Our host welcomed us with all his kindness and everything was planned, even coffee and shower soap. Beautiful south-facing garden. Good bedding (3x double bed) and beds made on arrival. Only downside: the partitions between rooms are quite thin and you can hear the neighbors snoring. William is a host to recommend and we will be back.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

Great welcome and very nice house. Aurélie is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean and well appointed. The garden is very pleasant even if close to the busy road. We recommend it and will come back if we come back to the area!

The views were amazing. the couples are the best. Helped us settle in . The furniture's were top notch. I will stay here over and over again.
