The pool, heated by an air-cover system, is shared with the owner (you will have priority use). Open year-round, but “swimmable” from May to September, weather permitting. In addition to a large landscaped garden, there is a secure parking space. This 35m2 gîte comprises a lounge, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. The flat has its own entrance leading onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The gîte stays cool in summer thanks to the vegetation.
