Very cute stay for my partner and I (: I enjoyed the place a lot & Joseph always responded fast! Thank you for letting us stay.

We booked this place just a day before the long weekend. Still, we felt the price was too good. The home is spotless with the all amenities you need. Everything was well-stocked. It’s literally 1-2 min drive to the beach, which was a bonus! I would love stay here again!

Nice and clean! Just what my friend and I needed for our day trip. The pool was surprisingly clean in comparison to other places. Parking was a bit scary since one hard swing of the door and it will have a wonderful talk with a solid concrete wall haha. Overall good place for a short trip, very quiet too which was a godsend!

Great place! We had a group of friends staying there and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved that it was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach and it was only 5 minutes drive from food, stores, and shopping. We had a wonderful time!

We loved your quirky apartment. Older building but well looked after. Nice view if you looked one way at the waterway not so great the other way. But it did not stop us enjoying it. Very close to beach 5 minutes away, would love to return. Thank you Joy for being so helpful with any of my inquires, you were a “joy” to work with

The unit was modern and updated. Clean and comfortable. Had everything you need and more. Host was always quick to respond with any questions. The area was under tropical storm warning/watch, host checked on me on several occasions. Best rental overall that I've ever experienced.

Great condo. Clean. Very spacious. Rooms were huge. Beds and couch were very comfortable. Stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and a beach cart. Across the street from the beach. In a quiet corner of the complex. The condo is near several yummy restaurants with easy access to everything the island has to offer. Everything was nearly perfect with the condo and location. Would stay there again and will recommend to friends.

My girls and I had a great stay for our mini vacation. We were close to the pool, and it was a short walking distance to the beach. All the things to do were within a short distance from us. The unit was downstairs, and next to the office, but it was very quiet. The beds were very comfy, and the hosts were very responsive to my questions/concerns. So glad we chose this place to relax and kick off summer. Port A did not disappoint!

we feel we were in home. Phil like family member to take care us. we came down to birding. Phil provided a lot of information for birding and also took us to the museum where he and his wife volunteered. wonderful couple and we had a lot to talk about like old friends. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. the location is perfect to everything. we had wonderful week. Thank you. Phil.

Thank you so much Timothy for not only allowing a flexible early check in to give us the convenience of getting situated before enjoying the beautiful surroundings. He went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding check in process and a question that arised during our stay and promptly responded to me. The place was exactly as pictured. The balcony with rocking chairs was nice in the morning with a cup of coffee. The fishing pier and pool that is private to those staying on the property was the best part. This made it easy to never leave the condo and allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful residence and giving us an opportunity to enjoy it!

The property was a great find. The host's response time was impeccable, as they answered all my questions within minutes and sometimes seconds. Plenty of room for me and my party of 6. Onsite parking. Easy, flexible check-in. Short distance to Port Aransas (via ferry), and Corpus Christi.

Great place. Perfect place to bring a boat. Large covered area to back the boat into and charge up for the night. Place was immaculate. Caught a lot of fish while there. Will stay again.

Great location. Cant beat the view and how close it was to the beach. the beach was clean and family friendly. The host was very helpful and responsive. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Stayed during the weekend with my fiancé and we loved it. Cute, clean, homey, with plenty of space inside. Right in front of the beach as well. Would definitely recommend for couples. (Saving for next time)

I needed a last minute affordable place to stay for 2 adults and 2 kids. It is a short walk to the beach and was very clean. It worked well for us.

Had an amazing stay! The host was super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The place was spotless, stylish, and in a great location. The personal touch from the host made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back, highly recommend!

We went to sandfest and this was the perfect location for it! The place was nice with many extra personal amenities like baskets with microwave inserts, makeup towels, plenty of toiletries, etc., to make it feel like home. It also has lots of utensils/pots in the kitchen to cook. There were plenty of beach towels & chairs for our use, too. Parking was easy access.

This was our second stay at this property. The rooftop hot tub is probably our favorite amenity but the entire space is perfect for my family. The owner leaves clear instructions for everything and very responsive touching base almost immediately after booking. We definitely look forward to future stays at this property.
