We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. A house with a breathtaking view inside the Pontal do Atalaia, a noble area of Arraial do Cabo and away from the bustle of the center. Air-conditioned suite, living room with excellent sofa bed, full kitchen, terrace with hydromassage and barbecue , and with a view of the sea of Arraial do Cabo. Private pool and barbecue of the house, with that paradisiacal view of the sea of Pontal do Atalaia. The entire house has a view of the sea. We are 2.5 km from the Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia.

Relax with in the real Little Piece of Heaven. The condominium is 70 meters from the Araruama lagoon, in the Bananeiras neighborhood, close to beautiful kiosks. But the best place is the Ponta das Bananeiras geosite, which can be accessed from the waterfront or from the Lake View Condominium, whose entrance is via the Amaral Peixoto Highway, at km 91. It is one of the fascinating places on the edge of Lagoa de Araruama, from where you have a beautiful view of the lagoon and the sunset.

Nice house, on the sand, facing the sea of Arraial do Cabo. We are 6 km, 11 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds. Um lugar calmo e pitoresco onde você estara bem proximo a lojas, restaurantes, bares, boates e praias incríveis. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
