excellent place. Very clean, tidy, very safe, with exit to the lagoon, close to the center and beach of the stones (blue flag). Highly recommended.

The apartment supplied everything we needed and the host is always available and ready to help. Excellent !!!

Spectacular, We are a family that was amazed by the apartment and its privileged view. Regarding cleanliness, you can tell a lot of worry, all the artifacts are in perfect condition. Feel the comfort of your own home and more. I 100% recommend the place and their hosts are pending all the time to help. The wonderful place, identical to the photos in the ad, everything very tidy and clean, the only issue we had was when we arrived that the air controls had no battery and just above the apartment they were doing construction work. You have to consider that the place is far from the center of Buzios, so if you don't go by car, Uber trips (which do arrive at the Airbnb) are more than 25 minutes. But everything else was wonderful, the place had a small market with basic things in case you were missing something. I'd be happy to come back

Flat is sensational, comfortable, cozy, super well located and with a very cool view of the sea, the kitchen needs some adjustments as cutlery and other few things that are certainly easy to resolve. Building with a very good structure, all very clean and safe, Michele and Vagner welcomed us super well and were super gentle in everything with us. It was well worth the time we spent on Flat, we'll be back soon. Ah, we would like to thank João too, he served us super well and quickly from the beginning of the reservation until the end of our stay.

Nice spacious apartment the view alone is stellar close enough to walk into center but Ubers work just fine as well. Zero complaints. Allowed later checkout on a rainy day was nice of host

Good place and very good location!

The house is super spacious and has everything we need for a great stay, just make a purchase in the market and that's it. The lagoon is amazing and it is of extreme peace for those who want to relax and connect with nature, kayaking was of quite an affective memory. Ju is extremely proactive, I'm sure it will quickly resolve any complications you may have in the house. I recommend not to forget the repellent to walk around at certain times. The stay with my family was great ! The house was clean and has all the amenities (and even more) advertised. The backyard and balcony form a very nice space, with privacy and a lot of tranquility. Cássia at all times was very kind , attentive, always sending messages to know how our stay was, if we needed anything and gave us tips on local tours. Nearby the house has a trade with: bakery, mini-market, snack bar, ice cream shop and beverage storage that served us well. From now on, I thank the host for the stay and we'll be back as soon as we can. Note: Thank you for the mimic of my niver.

I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well cared for, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great experience! I highly recommend it, and I can't wait to visit again.

Frederick and Raquel are great hosts! Beautiful home, seamless check-in/out process and they gave us some great recommendations for food and beaches. Buzios is quite a drive from the tourist destinations but ideal if you’re looking for a more scenic and relaxed experience in Rio 😊

The stay was wonderful! Vanessa is an excellent host, always very kind and polite. He responded quickly when we needed him and gave us very nice tips for sightseeing. The house has a rustic style and the gourmet area is simply a delight! We felt a very good vibe the whole time we were there. We were even greeted with a welcome note! ☺️ The kitchen is very well equipped, spacious rooms and air-conditioned (in addition to the ceiling fans). The outdoor area is wonderful! A large grassy yard (great for those with children or pets). We enjoyed the pool even with the cold. But the difference is in the wooden house (my daughters simply loved it) and also in the pergola with mattress and cushions (wonderful for lying down in the afternoon). The condominium is very nice, safe and quiet. Great for hiking. We left, but we really wanted to stay! We will definitely be back and thank you Vanessa, for all the hospitality 🥰

The strength of the house is the space of the barbecue with the swimming pool, a private area with total privacy and tranquility. Very quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Large house, airy and air conditioned bedroom is also a great differential. My initial communication with Maria das Graças was wonderful and always answering all doubts. During my stay my communication with Vera was perfect, always very attentive and ready to meet. Everything perfect!

We spent great times at Edson's house. The house is very well equipped with new utensils and has everything we need. Edson has always been very helpful, available and polite in all communications. An extremely positive and very unusual differential in the accommodations was the supplies of towels and towels of very clean beds and in excellent condition. The backyard is extremely nice. The house is full of fruit trees. All perfect. It was wonderful days that we spent in the house and an above-average experience. We definitely plan to come back!

Everything was very organized, the place matched the photos shown in the app. We just didn't find linens, pillows, and bath towels. Which was advised by the host in advance. The lagoon is close to the house, at the end of the street, clean water, we have a market very close and with very affordable prices. I loved it! If I could, I'd stay longer.

the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

the apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to those in the center you have to have a car or go uber.

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

Paula, the hostess, was extremely welcoming, explained everything to us and showed us the place, which is wonderful. I loved meeting her, I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it. The apartment is very well equipped and well located, close to supermarkets and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from Praia do Forte by car. I will definitely return.

Dani's mother? What a wonderful lady! Mr. Mauro, who welcomed us, is humility in person — super gentle. Studio: exactly as in the pictures. The cozy, stress-free place has everything you need. Easy access and total peace! Location: Great! Near the center, supermarket, bakery… you can do everything on foot. And the beach is just 100 meters away.
