The house is located in front of Lagoa de Saquarema and has a deck and an incredible view. The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. After booking, my WhatsApp will be made available.

Here, the view is breathtaking, because we are at one of the highest points in Cabo Frio! Our pool is a spectacle (only on our property - only 2 chalets) and Peró beach is just 13 minutes from here. Our accommodation is SMART, with connection to Alexa and TV connected to the main streaming services. Surrounded by preserved forest, you will experience very quiet days, relaxing in the hammock, pool or sofa. And the super Maldives breakfast can be served in the room or pool (contracted separately).

Relax with in the real Little Piece of Heaven. The condominium is 70 meters from the Araruama lagoon, in the Bananeiras neighborhood, close to beautiful kiosks. But the best place is the Ponta das Bananeiras geosite, which can be accessed from the waterfront or from the Lake View Condominium, whose entrance is via the Amaral Peixoto Highway, at km 91. It is one of the fascinating places on the edge of Lagoa de Araruama, from where you have a beautiful view of the lagoon and the sunset.

Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds.
