Holiday rentals with a patio in Archdale

Kelly’s place was the perfect spot for our needs. Her communication and accommodating presence allowed us to feel really comfortable in the space. The location was gorgeous and we really enjoyed walking out back on the trails. Thanks for hosting!

This was my second stay at this place and it's a perfect place for parents of Wake Forest students - convenient drive to campus but walkable to all the cool stuff in downtown. Far superior to any hotel I ever stayed in in that town - and I tried a lot of them over my son's 4 years!

A wonderful place to stay, close to UNCG, within a nice easy walk to restaurants, bars, and a grocery. House is clean, quiet, and well-equipped. Comfy beds, good water pressure, nice screened-in porch for sitting. Everything was easy and hope to stay there again!

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

Our stay was the perfect space for us to rest and relax while we were visiting our family. Despite being June the weather was a little too chilly to enjoy swimming. My favorite morning and evening spot was in the porch swing by the pool. There are friendly hosts and then there are Jill and her family. They were so gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. Quick to answer any questions but ensured we had our privacy too. We have never enjoyed our hosts as much as the brief time we spent chatting with Jill and her husband. There are lots of books, board games, and little amenities like a towel warmer in the bathroom. We had coffee for our mornings and bottled water already in the refrigerator when we arrived- nice after a long drive. We were gone most of the day but arriving at night and having the pool area lit up was so inviting. When we find our way back to the area we hope to find her property available so we can stay again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It is right next to a Walmart and many other stores and restaurants. Checking in was a smooth and easy process and it was well lit outside which helped us feel safe. The whole apartment was free of clutter and clean. I would stay here again!

We felt right at home in her home. It was quiet and restful which was what we were looking for. The bed was so comfortable. I fell asleep almost immediately. My husband really enjoyed the squirrel outside the sliding door. I would recommend her to anyone.She is very friendly and she wants everyone to feel at home.

Loved my stay it was perfect! Would def stay here again if I ever visit High Point in the future. Home was clean and felt very cozy.

My husband and daughter had the pleasure of meeting Mohamed and his wife during an overnight stay. I had planned to join them after flying back into the States, but unfortunately, a flight delay kept me from making it. Mohamed was so kind and gracious, even offering us another night so I could experience their wonderful place as well. My husband shared how warm and welcoming they were, and how at home they felt. We can’t wait for the chance to return and visit again!

We were in town for a graduation at High Point University. The house was a good location, very clean and had everything that we needed. Check in was a breeze and there were very detailed instructions. Thanks Amanda!

This adorable house and just what my husband and I were looking for. Close enough to Greensboro, to go to concert. But away from the city with the BEST backyard for privacy and relaxation. Thoughtful decor and thankful for the coffee provided for the morning. 5 stars.

Perfect place to stay for the night. Great location and so easy to find. Extremely clean and spacious for 6 people. We will stay again on a trip to North Carolina

Pedro was an amazing host and his home was beautiful. Not only was it clean but Pedro was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The home is also very convenient and close to the HPU campus. There was a lot to do in the surrounding city’s which added to the value of his home. Thank you Pedro for a wonderful stay and we hope to stay with you again.

Stacy and her team were absolutely amazing! They checked in with our group every day just to make sure everything was going well, even though we didn’t need anything—it really showed how much they cared. Not to mention how beautiful the house was, you can tell that a lot of thought went into every detail. It was even more stunning in person; the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and perfectly set up for a comfortable, relaxing stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed getaway.

Courtney was AWESOME! She was quick to respond to every message and was super accommodating in every single way we needed! We even had a package delivered and she helped us retrieve it. I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

Karim gave clear instructions. Check in was easy. He messaged me to check in with me after we had arrived and to see if we needed anything. I received a call during our stay that my dad who had been battling cancer had taken a turn for the worse so we had to change our reservation and leave a few days early to get home. Karim was very accommodating and he changed my reservation quickly after I reached out and refunded the days we didn’t stay. I was able to make it home in time to say goodbye to my dad. We will definitely rent from Karim again!!

Very quiet and peaceful. Responded quick to our questions. Had everything we needed too. Also a cool little balcony to chill at!

I absolutely loved my stay. The condo was bigger than I thought it’d be. Super clean. I felt very safe. Area is diverse and centrally located. The wrap around porch with rocking chairs was such a plus. It’s quiet and serene and the space is super cozy and clean and has everything you would need.

This was my fourth or fifth stay at Anthony’s place. It’s become my go to whenever I visit Winston Salem for work. I like that it’s close to the highway so it’s really easy to get anywhere. His location is quiet and private, and it’s always extremely clean.
