This two storey property has been recently renovated in a sailor design, very in keeping with its beachfront location. On the top floor there is a self contained apartment with separate access which comprises a kitchen, dining room with small terrace and double bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The property has fans on the ground floor and air conditioning in the apartment. Its being rented only together!
