Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

Cozy house in Vennesla near Tømmerrenna (10 min) Dyreparken (30 min), university in Agder (20 min) , and with Beach/swimming area 50 m from the house. Right by the Sunday open grocery store, bus stop and only 1 km to Vennesla city center with cozy pedestrian street, cafes and shops, playgrounds and beach path. Large parking space by the house. 25 min to Kristiansand center with Aquarama, bystranda, kunstsiloen, Kilden, harbor where the Color Line goes from and the fishing pier. Please do not smoke or party.

The house is within walking distance to the small ferry port in the city center which has lines out to the many islands. The city center with cozy streets, cafes, etc. is only about 10 minutes walk from the house. There are several beaches close by. The house is in good condition and has been renovated in 2021 with a new bathroom

The riverside cabin home

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Nytt laftet tømmerhus med en fantastisk utsikt over hele båtleia fra Homborøya i øst til Justøya i vest. Stort og romslig hus med stor takhøyde i stue/kjøkken. Her er det sol fra morgen til kveld, og mange muligheter til å sitte ute, eller i godstolene foran de store vinduene. Her kan du nyte stillheten og roen og den fantastiske utsikten. Det er ingen naboer. Det er 500 meter å gå til sjøen. Muligheter for å leie robåt. Flott turområder.

Family trip to Kristiansand, Hamresanden,Dyreparken

Velkommen til et fantastisk opphold på Sørlandet! Dette tomannsbolig ligger sentralt på Hamresanden. Det er 8 minutter i bil til sørlandsparken, som har alle de kjente dagligvarebutikkene og nordens største kjøpesenter. Det tar omtrent 5 minutter å gå ned til stranden, og med bil tar det 9 minutter til dyreparken. Det er 4 parkeringsplasser på tomten, men det er også gratis gateparkering rett over gaten.

It is charming, historic house from 1906. Here you have plenty of space of 300 sqm, and a large garden on the outside. You can use vegetables from our garden and eggs from our chickens and quails, while you stay here. Stort hus med nydelig hage i Vågsbygd. Tre soverom. Mulighet for dobbelt luftmadrass i loftstuen også. kan fint bo to familier her. Vakre turområder i kort nærhet og badeplasser, ca 20 min til dyreparken og 13min til sentrum med bil. Hage med innglasset utestue og peis. Trampoline og lekehus. Har en stor loftstue med en del leker til barn. Grill har vi også som kan brukes av gjestene.
