Central Apartment for rent, in nice southern town Arendal. Walking distance to the city center, about 15-20 min. (One can walk through the tunnel by the train station, across Bendikskleiv, or around down by the water). There is also a bus about every half hour just up the hill here. Private parking space belonging to the apartment. 2 bedrooms - Measurement on the beds: (180x200 - Medium/Fixed), and 140x200). Private laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Large plating with a possibility of grilling. Note: There are stairs down to the apartment.

Cozy apartment with a sea view

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Central, rural & modern apartment

The apartment is furnished with all new furniture and equipment. Including linens, towels, refrigerator, kitchenware, and anything you might need to stay. There is plenty of room for a travel cot for children. Enjoy a pleasant stay here! There is also a large dining table that makes it easy to work from home! Here you also have a light trail right next door, with nice hiking areas! Only 6 minutes by car to the parking garage in the center. There is also a large garden on the outside with benches and tables for you who rent :)

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. If you need anything extra, just contact us.

Charming older southern house with sunny garden and porch. City center walking distance. Room for one car. Rented for the entire week during Arendalsuka, minimum 4 nights. The residence is about 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, attic, bathroom, laundry room and living room with open kitchen solution. The residence has sea glow and it is 80 m down to the city fjord. Only 5 min to go to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery, cafe, etc.

Apartment on the seafront with sup boards and 2 kayaks.

Great location right on the seafront , guests can use the part where the jetty is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE PIER AND THE SEA arch and the beach we use. ( Not to renters,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pieces during the summer season.

It was absolutely wonderful at Lene's. The house was larger than it appeared in the pictures. It is located in a peaceful area where children can go out alone and play all day without worry. We did not meet Lene in person, but she was very kind and gave all the information in writing. We would gladly came back!

I would highly recommend renting this place. It is in a great location and a pleasant present to live. I rented the place when I was at Arendalsuken in 2024 and it worked great. It was a short drive from town. Nearby was a nice light rail to run in and a great beach to swim on. Hanne is a welcoming and generous host. 10/10

An incredibly rich in content - open and pleasant to be It's a second time we've stayed there now, and have been just as top notch. Met with chocolate and handwritten welcome letters, and that says something about how great and generous is Tone. So yes to this home I would love to come back to and would highly recommend it to others who need a spacious and good place and be in Arendal.

Cozy cottage with enough space for a family of 5. House has everything you need for the holiday. It is quiet and has a beautiful view from the terrace (especially in the evening at sunset). The location is good, very short walk to the supermarket and short drive to the city center and the surrounding area.

It feels right at home when you enter. Fully equipped and a beautiful and attractive interior. Beds are wonderful! Everything super clean. Pleasant communication with Emna, responds quickly. Car could be parked in a covered parking space. It was nice that there were 2 seating areas.

We were two adults and 3 children aged 3-10 years who stayed two nights at Jarle's place. Cozy furnished garage loft with two bedrooms. You have the most important kitchen utensils and a simple bathroom. Approximately 15 minutes drive to Kristiansand Zoo. Jarle was kind and always responded quickly.

Nice, bright space. Fully equipped with all the necessary comforts. Beautiful surroundings and very quiet location. Despite being part of the owner's house, you are still private. Private terrace with seating with afternoon and evening sun. Good starting point for various excursions and beautiful motorcycle and hiking trails. Friendly and helpful host and -woman.

We rarely found such a clean apartment. And on top of that, superbly equipped, chicly furnished and with a great cozy terrace. The location is also great to explore the coastal region around Lillesand and Kristiansand or if you want to use the ferry. Everything was just right 😃👍
