It is in a protected area, with a nature reserve behind and a marine reserve in front: a paradise for nature lovers, birders, botanists, walkers, runners and off-road bikers.

You can unload your car and then enjoy all the amenities of Collioure on foot. Authentic Catalan town house, close to the historical city center of Céret, and overlooking the Pic du Canigó. The house has three floors, with facade facing the street, and private back garden with swimming pool. Céret is an authentic and charming village, at the foot of the Pyrenees and a half hour drive from the Mediterranean. In the area are several famous and idyllic beach towns such as Collioure and Banyuls (Côte Vermeille).

Come and relax in my house, a typical 1950s Canetoise, and enjoy the Mediterranean sweetness, in any season. Everything is within walking distance: huge sandy beach, (350 m = 3 min!), sea, pond and pink flamingos, shops and restaurants, market. House embellished in April 25 to be even more welcoming. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends. The pool and jacuzzi are unavailable; a prefectural decree does not allow its use.
