Located beside the quaint fishing port of Sabatiki , a 5-10 minute swim North, the both pebbly & sandy shore is a 2-3 minute walk(200m) by path. Thiopafto is visited every summer by the endangered sea turtle Caretta Caretta which lay its eggs on this tranquil shore.

This is an autonomous maisonette with its own garden and parking place. The house is directly by the sea - you just open the door of the garden and you are at the beach. The house is divided in three levels, in the upper lever you can find a double bed, the middle level is furnished with a big couch that can be converted to a double bed and has access to the front patio and garden, while in the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchenette and the WC. There is private parking on premises.

It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.
