Une location exceptionnelle ! Vue époustouflante, grande terrasse pour prendre les repas face à la mer, on se croirait presque sur le pont d'un bateau! Quartier calme, nous dormions fenêtres ouvertes ,réveil au cri des mouettes...ce fut une semaine reposante grâce à la gentillesse d'Anika qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous reviendrons sûrement

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath provides a nice stay & it’s right on the water. Whats better than waking up to the sound of the ocean? It’s very convenient as you’re right in town but Villefranche can get busy in summer so the only downside is kids partying on the beach late at night. Sonia the manager is fast & responsive if you have special requests or need help. The train is 4 minute walk from apt. & a little red bus picks up outside near Espuma restaurant so no need to have a car. All in all, a great stay.

A wonderful stay in the perfect apartment! This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Meeting Marco in person at the property for a short induction was excellent. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing, and the terrace is simply wonderful; we spent most of our time there, eating, chatting and playing board games. The views over the mountains and the rooftops of Menton were great. The apartment's location is perfect: the beach is across the road, there are several supermarkets (including Aldi) within easy walking distance, and great restaurants by the sea or in the town centre are within comfortable strolling distance. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Beach towels, chairs and parasols were a very welcome addition, and the kitchen and utility room were extremely well equipped. The showers were the best we've ever had in an Airbnb. We can highly recommend this apartment, and Marco is an outstanding host!

La vista es preciosa. Muy tranquilo y muy italiano. Nos encantó, Gianmarco es un gran anfitrión, fue muy amable y siempre contestó rápido.

The apartment was an ideal one night stop-off in Monaco. It’s exactly as described in the listing and as per the photos - yes it’s small, but modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor courtyard directly behind the apartment for our dog to have a walk around in (you’ll also find a back gate in the courtyard which you can use for easy access in and out of the apartment block). Location-wise it’s well positioned, just a short walk to Monte Carlo and the casinos, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to try. Would happily recommend and stay again!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist super – der Strand und viele Restaurants sind direkt in der Nähe. Es wirkt wie ein Ort, den vor allem Italiener selbst besuchen, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Nachts war es etwas laut, aber das liegt nicht am Gastgeber. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Rennradfahren in der Umgebung – ein Traum! Der Tipp von Sergio mit Rodman war genial, auch das Ausleihen der Räder hat dank seiner Empfehlung perfekt funktioniert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

What a fantastic place, on the edge of Noli center. Everything in walking distance, the apartment is really nice and clean. The balcony is fantastic for a morning espresso or an Spritz in the afternoon. If you come by car, book the parking place it is well worth it. Beginning of June it was already quite busy on the public parkings.

Location splendida! Posizione e vista valgono il viaggio! Appartamento molto comodo per la nostra famiglia (6 adulti e una bimba!). Valentina e la sua famiglia sono stati sempre disponibili e molto accoglienti! Grazie di cuore per il bellissimo soggiorno!

Un endroit magnifique en pleine nature et au calme complet. La Dolce Vita est ici un art de vivre... Nous avons adoré cet endroit, mais il est un peu difficile d'y arriver de nuit, car les routes sont étroites et un peu vétustes.

Eine absolut traumhafte Unterkunft! Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend, wir konnten uns gar nicht sattsehen. Elena und Alexandre sind super herzlich und gastfreundlich. Als besondere Überraschung gab es sogar selbstgemachte Pflaumenmarmelade, vielen Dank nochmal dafür! 🤗 Und die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet, es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Tipp für zukünftige Gäste, der Weg hinauf in die Berge ist wirklich holprig, aber machbar. Ich würde euch empfehlen, vorher im Tal einzukaufen (es gibt zwei Supermärkte im Dorf), damit ihr die Strecke nur einmal hochfahren müsst und nicht mehrfach den Weg hoch- und runterfahren müsst. Alles in allem ist es ein ganz besonderer Ort mitten in der Natur, perfekt zum Genießen und Ausruhen🌞⛰️

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Paolo und würden wiederkommen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen, ruhigen und gepflegten Gegend in der Nähe vom Golfplatz. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren oder weitere Aktivitäten in der Natur. Der nächste Stand in Albenga ist circa 8 km entfernt. Am Samstag hatten wir die Chance, ein Pferderennen im benachbarten Hippodrom zu beobachten. Kommunikation mit Paolo, stets vorbildlich und Nachrichten werden umgehend beantwortet.

Hote très accueillant, et tres agréable, de bon conseil. Le site est très agréable à l'écart de la foule de touristes, tout en étant à proximité de tout. la maison. est agréable a vivre avec toutes les commodités. excellent sejour

War alles super! Wir konnten am morgen um 7 Uhr schon einchecken und Alex war immer erreichbar. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend! Es war ebenso alles genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist das, das eine Bett zu zweit bisschen zu knapp war aber das hat dann die Aussicht wieder gut gemacht! Wenn es uns nochmals in diese Gegend verschlägt kommen wir auf jedenfalls wieder :)

Très beau petit appartement au calme, bien agencé avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle. Aisha, toujours très accueillante et serviable avec toujours ces petites attentions envers ses hôtes. Forcément nous reviendrons.

Ausgezeichnete Ferienanlage, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles da was man für erholsame Tage braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, unser Gastgeber Paolo war sehr aufmerksam und gut erreichbar via Mobile.

We were a group of ten people staying at Marcel's villa. Eight of us slept in the available beds while two slept in the bunk beds, which was completely fine. The villa is a marvel with many different sections and spots to relax, swim, cook, and much more. Beware that the driveway is very tight, and we spent some time on the logistics of having two cars in the garage. They both fit, but quite a bit of time was spent maneuvering around. The area around the villa provides lots of different activities. During the week, we played padel, golf, tennis, hiked, ran, and biked all within a short ten-minute drive. Marcel and Liga provided us with lots of tips on the area and helped us out quickly if there were any questions. We really hope to be back sometime, thanks, Marcel and Liga!

Fantastischer Ausblick von der Terrasse! Auch vom Schlafzimmer kann man das Meer sehen. Wir haben 7 Tage hier als Familie mit 2 Teenagern verbracht, die Einrichtung ist toll, es war reichlich Platz.. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefüllt!

Wir hatten die perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt in Monaco. Alles war einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen, was vor allem für unseren Sohn toll war, so konnte er auch mal allein los und Autos anschauen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir würden sie sofort wieder buchen. Wirklich besonders geschmackvoll! Gisele ist ein super Host. Sie hat uns umfangreich und hilfsbereit jederzeit zur Seite gestanden. Und das war auch viel wert, denn es ist mit dem Auto schon eine kleine Herausforderung in Monaco. Aber alles hat super geklappt.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i området, vi gik til strand næsten hver dag. Vi køre en tur op på en restaurant som Daniela hade anbefalet kun 3 km fra boligen super hyggelig og lækker restaurant klart et besøg vær. Boligen havde alt hvad vi havde behov for, super dejlig udsigt. Vi havde mange gode aften timer på terrassen. Vi savnede en blæser mere til om natten,hvor det var ret varmt.

L’ appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort e si trova in una posizione perfetta: è vicino al centro in una zona molto tranquilla. Gentilissimi anche la signora Bruna e il marito! Torneremo sicuramente.

Die Aussicht war super schön und das Apartment sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war reibungslos und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

L'appartement et la grande terrasse sont magnifiques. On se souviendra des petits déjeuners sur la terrasse avec cette vue surplombante exceptionnelle sur la mer et la vieille ville de Menton, le cri des mouettes et la petite brise marine. On peut laisser la voiture en sécurité sur le parking fermé de la villa et retrouver chaque jour la vieille ville en improvisant un itinéraire à pieds à travers un dédale de ruelles et d'escaliers au charme fou. Le soir, après un bon restaurant en ville (merci au conseils de Michaelle), on explore un autre itinéraire et, à l'approche de la villa, on est accueilli par un véritable concert de grenouilles et crapauds dans un vallon situé en contrebas, puis le calme de la villa avec les lumières au loin sur la riviera. Séjourner dans cette villa de Menton est tout simplement magnifique et le seul regret est de devoir en partir le dernier jour !

Supert sted å bo hvis du ønsker å bo midt i vakre Noli. Helt perfekt sted for oss som hadde med baby. Alt var rent og pent, og leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte av utstyr for å reise med baby. Vertene er også veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Vi håper å komme tilbake snart!
