Amazing place, we had a great stay!

The stay went very smoothly. The host were nice and responsive. The instruction for check-in was clear and the host were there to hand over the key and give introduction about the place. The location is near the city center - everythings are within walking distance. The apartment is new and very clean with fully equipped. No noise on the street at night. Over all we were very happy with our stay.

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. This home is located in the historic center of Frascati which is a nice quiet (mostly except for holiday weekend nights) town in the hills at the end of a regional rail line that can take you into the center of Rome in a half an hour. It is a short walk to numerous restaurants and bars and is quite walkable. The home is on two levels with the bedrooms upstairs and the sitting/dining room and kitchen on the lower level. The walking space around the double bed could be larger, but was enough to get in and out of the bed. Though we experienced a weather-related internet outage for a day and a half, our hosts worked hard to try to get it resolved - ultimately bringing in an access point from a different provider that resolved the issue. The kitchen was well supplied and we had everything we needed for preparing our own meals when we wanted to during our visit. We would definitely come back again.

We had a lovely stay at Frascati with Giuseppe. The town is beautiful and peaceful with easy access to Rome. It feels magical and remote but the big city is so close by. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the train, which gets you to Rome in less than half an hour. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and a great location. There is a bar underneath the apartment in front, but we didn’t hear any noise from the bedroom at night. Giuseppe was very responsive and helpful with recommendations of what to eat and see in town. We highly recommend this place!
