Spacious and stylishly furnished vacation home for up to 4 people on two floors with approx. 100 square meters of living space. 2 balconies + terrace with an additional 30 square meters invite you to sunbathe, chill & enjoy. All rooms are individually designed and have a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano and the mountains. Privacy is very important here, because as the last house on the street and right next to the forest, you are undisturbed - and yet only 10 minutes by car from the center of Lugano.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Villa Maria Cottage, Art Villa, Lake Maggiore

The Cottage is in the garden of Villa Maria, a 1920's villa restored in 1990, located in front of the beach of Reno di Leggiuno. Today, Villa Maria is divided into four duplex apartments, Villa Maria 1, Villa Maria 2, Villa Maria 3, Villa Maria 4 and this fully independent, cosy cottage. The property has been recently renewed with a special attention to every single detail (I am super passionate of design!) and is the perfect location for a romantic and relaxing gateway.
