Unsere Gästewohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, liegt im Hochpaterre eines Altbaus und ist ca. 50 qm groß. Es gibt eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 160x200 großes Doppelbett. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es neben dem Sofa auch ein 90x190 großes Bett. Auf dem Hof gibt es einige gemütliche Sitzplätze. Die historische Innenstadt, Supermarkt und der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Auf dem Hof steht euch ein Parkplatz für euer Auto zur Verfügung.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.
