The 3 bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms and the master bedroom opens onto an interior courtyard. A spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished living room with a working stone fireplace opens onto a stunning, 80m², open view terrace with sun loungers, dining and BBQ facilities. The house has air-conditioning.

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.
