Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arras

We spent a weekend in Bruno's accommodation and it perfectly matched the description and our expectations. The self check-in and check-out is really ideal. The house is large with everything you need available. The 2 bathrooms make it easy to stay with 6, and the bedding was really comfortable! The neighborhood was very peaceful, which makes the outside very pleasant. We will be back without hesitation!

We spent 4 beautiful days at Élodie's and enjoyed the garden: plancha, ping-pong table, badminton net... everything was perfect. The house is very functional, as described and Élodie was a very nice host. We recommend!

We had a very good stay at Monique's for a wedding in a mansion right next door. Very good communication. Very clean house, where nothing was missing, which is appreciable when it is a short stay and which is not the case everywhere, far from it! Nice, large and pleasant garden, behind the house, very well maintained, ideal with children. The wifi was working perfectly. The only small disadvantage is the noise of the street that crosses the village and passes in front of the property, very busy during the day on weekdays, but fortunately much less on weekends, but very very quiet at night, which is the main thing. We would recommend it without a problem.

We were seven people in the house, and everyone had enjoyed and feels at home. The house is spacious, very clean,tidy, the kitchen that has everything you need to cook,clean bed lacquers and more than enough towels and a nice backyard there we could also have had a nice barbecue. The area is nice and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. On arrival and departure we were very nice, friendly and sweet unvingt by the hostess. Certainly subject to repetition. We stayed 2 nights in Laurent and Géraldine's accommodation. Clean, quiet accommodation and only 25 minutes from Lille city center. We recommend it without hesitation!

Well located apartment about 20 minutes' walk from the train station. Nearby restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and clean. We had a good stay there on the occasion of a pro trip with my small team.

We were in Lille with a friends weekend. The apartment was really fantastic, just like in the pictures. It felt even bigger. The roof terrace has sun almost all day, which was also lovely. We only used the bedrooms on the floor, due to the air conditioning. The attic had no air conditioning. But this was all good. We had received clear instructions in advance regarding the door codes, this was all clear. It's a climb up with the stairs, so for people who have difficulty walking I don't recommend it. The location is also more than fine! The old town of Lille is about a 10-15 minute walk, but the apartment is already in a cozy neighborhood with plenty of bars etc. The communication with Matthieu and Laurent was also great. He was very responsive and proactive on the day of arrival. In short, we had a great stay and would love to come back some time!

The stay was super. The Airbnb is exactly as expected from the pictures. It was very nice that there were no check-in and check-out times. The hosts were completely accommodating to our schedule. Upon arrival we were very kindly received, with a fine explanation of the Airbnb. There was even a delicious “Cramique au sucre et aux raisins” waiting for us. There was also a pass for the metro left for us. And there were several information booklets about Lille. After returning the key, the host even helped us load the car. I recommend this stay to everyone!

We had a great time staying in this apartment, it was quiet and felt very private for us to relax after a day of exploring Lille. The place felt clean and plenty of plates and cutlery in the drawers for us to use during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and was off the main street so had a peaceful nights sleep. We ate at 2 restaurants just seconds away from the apart - Nefertiti and Bi Bim Bap. Great portions for the money.

What a great place to stay! The apartment was exactly as advertised and very easy walk to two train stations. Great base for day trips to London, Bruges, Brussels, Paris and more. I would definitely stay again if I come back to Lille.

This is the second time we have stayed with Dorothée and, just like for the first time, we are extremely satisfied with it: the apartment is impeccable, the room is spacious, quiet, the bedding quality. The bathroom and kitchen are just as nice. Of course the terrace overlooking a small green park is a must. After a day of walking in Lille for a drink on this terrace, it's a guaranteed pleasure. Dorothée welcomed us with great attention to make us feel at home and that was really the case. We sincerely thank her for the quality of the service. If we go back to Lille it will be in this beautiful apartment, or nothing. And I forgot: the parking space just below the property is also a very nice plus.
