Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Artondale

Beautiful view! The home was very nice and comfortable, quiet neighborhood (there were some roosters but that didn't bother us, it wasn't too loud) Light switches were all labeled, main bed was comfortable. It might have been nice for blackout curtains in the main bedroom, but waking up to that view was amazing! Only one side of the couch reclined, which was fine for us. The hot tub was relaxing, note that the jets weren't very strong, but we still enjoyed it. It is about a 25 minute drive to get to some good restaurants. And you have to drive about 5 minutes to one of the State parks for beach access (there are a few that are really close by!) The place was exactly what we were looking for, a beautiful peaceful stay! We loved our stay and would stay again!

The garden here is incredibly beautiful and made for a very peaceful respite on our stay.

This is my second time staying here. Love it! Always clean, quiet for how close to everything it is. The parking it what sets this apart for me, and of course the style, amenities and thoughtful inclusions like often forgotten toiletries and snacks! As a sales rep I often have my car loaded up with products and swag items... And Tacoma is known for car break ins and having the ability to pull inside a coded and secure gate is EVERYTHING!!! It's a fun space and it's very clean! It's a little over my typical work budget for a night but it's worth every penny for location, cleanliness, parking perfection, thoughtful extras and great communication with the host!

honestly one of the best places i’ve stayed i do plan on coming back to seattle and id love to come back to this place specifically loved the bathroom set up and i felt so comfortable here especially being so far away from home for a week. the neighborhood is beautiful and felt safe

The photos do not lie. Very peaceful spacious accommodations. The kayaks were wonderful for a peaceful late afternoon paddle. It is true that the path to the beach is very steep and not for the faint of heart or legs. The only slight drawback is that sound carries very easily through the air ducts, so if you're in the master bedroom, you will hear what's going on downstairs. But all in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again and again.

We had such a lovely stay here over the Easter weekend – it was everything we hoped for and more! The house is clean, beautifully kept, and the views? Absolutely breathtaking. It’s one of those rare places that feels even better in person than in the pictures. It had everything we could possibly need – and then some. The hosts were simply wonderful – super friendly, accommodating, and just really easy to talk to. They made the whole experience feel warm and personal, not distant or transactional in any way. They even let us check in early and check out late, which made a huge difference for us with kids. Our days were filled with beach walks, seafood harvesting adventures, backyard chill time, and gorgeous sunsets. It felt like a perfect little reset from our busy lives. We were also celebrating our daughter’s 4th birthday during the stay, and she had an absolute blast. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you Dale & Carol.

This was our second time staying at Stephanie’s house, and I can confidently say it’s the only place I want to stay at when I am visiting Tacoma. It was absolutely perfect the first time—and somehow even more perfect the second. Exceptionally clean, very quiet, and with a super responsive host. The location is great—close to stores, restaurants, and parks. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. It’s truly a gem!

The location is beautiful and was a perfect location for adventuring the greater Seattle region. Just the right size for two adults.

Lovely relaxing renovated space. Lots of comfy places to sit and enjoy the view. Beds were cozy! Every extra thing you could possibly need there, lots of lovely touches. We came here with our toddler and older mother. We found parking in the back easily and felt safe to leave our cars. The stairs were a bit much for my mom who has a hard time with stairs in general. But she said it was worth it for the view. We had tons of stuff to bring in and out with the toddler we had a good work out loading the car. Over all beautiful space and would love to stay again!

Everything was organized, very clean, and modern. I was happy staying there. The area was nice and felt very safe.

Quiet safe area that is not too far from Olympia and close to Zittles Marina. I like to start my day with coffee and there is a full size coffee pot. Excellent place.

One of my favorite air b n b experiences. Absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better. It is surrounded by delicious restaurants and above a delish breakfast and coffee place. But it’s so quiet. The apartment is so peaceful and bright but with black out curtains for sleep. The bed and fold out were super comfy. Just truly perfect stay.

Xuanlu’s place was great! It’s in such a good location, allowing you to walk to many tourist attractions. The Space Needle is about a 6-minute walk, and Pike Place Market is about a 25-minute walk. Xuanlu was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. My partner and I really liked this place—we’d definitely book it again!

Robert was easy to work with and the location is amazing along with the amenities. Worked great for our family of 5 + our dog. Made for an excellent weekend seeing family for graduation and the city with the boys. Would recommend.

Second time staying here! It’s a great place to stay within walking distance from the ferry & Winslow. Rachel was a super host - very responsive and gave great local recs! Would definitely stay here again.

The AirBnB was perfect for a week long stay in Seattle. Its right in downtown, so you can walk down and get to restaurants, shops and more. Pike place and waterfront are at walking distance too. I could go on runs with my dog along the waterfront. Its a secure building which made the experience more safe and relaxed for me.

We stayed at Christopher's place for Father's Day weekend. We love the proximity to Downtown Seattle and the unit itself was very comfortable and clean for four adults. We wish we did a little more research into White Center as a neighborhood, as there was some nighttime noise from the main street and it is not very walkable; however, we felt very safe in the unit and had a plesant stay. We are a family of four who spent eight fantastic nights at this property, and we absolutely loved it. Everything was exactly as described, and the location near SeaTac Airport was incredibly convenient for our early morning and late-night flights. It was also easy to explore both Seattle and Bellevue from here. The apartment complex is peaceful and well-maintained, with several pools. Cole and Ella provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, and the Wi-Fi connection was flawless. I highly recommend this place without hesitation!
