We absolutely loved staying at Alessandra’s place during our time in Sardinia. She was a wonderful and proactive host. In particular, her local recommendations were amazing - we enjoyed some of the best meals of our life! The location is hard to beat and we also loved relaxing on the terrace enjoying the sun. We would 100% stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Fiorella is a great and super friendly and warm hostess. Even though she didn't speak English, you could communicate with her well. At check-in, her friend Laura greeted us, who speaks great English and also gave us great recommendations in the area. The location of the apartment is really great and right on the beach. A parking space is available right outside the front door. There is a supermarket nearby. What could possibly be modernized is the bed frame and the mattress. The freezer compartment door had to be replaced because the handle was broken. The shower hose should also be checked, as water splashes out of the wall there. Otherwise, everything was great and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. Thank you Fiorella for the wonderful time we had with you. We will be happy to come back.

We had a nice vacation in Cristiano's accommodation. Everything went smoothly. Great location, nice accommodation at an absolutely fair price. We will be back :)

We definitely recommend this place. Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, amazing view on sea and La Maddalena. The house is very close to center Palau, so you can go for a walk to the restaurant or explore Palau city. A huge advantage is that there is a port close to the place from where you can take a ferry to La Maddalena. We can’t wait to visit Sardinia, Palau again! See you!

I recently stayed in this apartment in Arzachena and I can only express my highest satisfaction. The apartment is very comfortable and tastefully furnished, offering a cozy and relaxing environment. The location is ideal, close to all local attractions and the beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. But what made our experience really special was the friendliness of the host. From the first contact, he proved to be extremely kind and helpful, ready to answer all our questions and provide us with useful tips on places to visit and restaurants to try. His attention to detail and willingness to make us feel at home were truly unparalleled. Francesco was absolutely precise in the apartment description and how to reach it. Everything matched and therefore we were comfortable and at ease. Poltu Quatu is a perfect base for reaching the entire Costa Smeralda in a few kilometers. We highly recommend it.

This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. We just checked out from Bea’s place & we loved the location, decor & of course the views! It’s convenient to walk to many restaurants and stores. It’s such a quaint town & we were so impressed with the surroundings and would definitely stay here again!!!!

We really liked the apartment, the bed is very comfortable and the apartment is impeccable, the view is impressive and it's really worth it. It has all the amenities you need, including a parasol to go to the beach, something that saved us. 🫶🏻 The information they gave us was very good. There were not many stairs, which is appreciated in Italy after so much walking with a suitcase, and parking next to the entrance, which is very safe. It is close to the port, which is perfect for tours, close to the center and 4 minutes from the supermarket by car. We really had a very nice and pleasant stay. I'd come back anyway.

A cozy stay surrounded by beautiful surroundings, and far enough from city lights to see tons of stars on clear nights (still just a ~15min drive to Olbia, though). The interior matched the pictures very well. Anna Rita was very helpful and responsive, and provided plenty of great recommendations at our request. Just to note, there is a family of several cats/kittens on the property that are very cute and will probably seek your attention at every opportunity :)

Gianni was one of the loveliest air bnb hosts I've had the please of staying with. the place was very well kept prior to arrival and his communication through the trip was excellent. we were unfortunate to encounter wifi issues which he informed us were happening around the whole area due to weather but was ready to come to the apartment to try and fix it. he was also super understanding with an accidental breakage of some outdoor furniture which he didn't have to be at all as I offered to pay but he said don't worry. Lovely stay !!

best location, amazing view, absolutely clean and comfortable! the best apartment with all you may need! but the most touching were Fabiana and Eduardo, best host ever! we will come back again for sure!

We stayed at Andrea's for 9 nights. What to say. It is perfect as you wish. Very easy communication, we were able to check in much earlier, as we had already landed at 8:00 am and it is only 13 minutes from the airport. Everything is as described, very clean and well prepared. You can reach very beautiful beaches within 15-30 minutes. Everything else you need is in the immediate vicinity. We felt at home from day one. Simply perfect. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend it. Thank you for everything.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Nice place fully stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay with responsive helpful host in a nice walkable location in Palau.

Quiet location, yet within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Rosandra's beautiful apartment was by far the most beautiful vacation home we've ever had. The layout of the apartment is perfect, with a sea view that is second to none. Everything was super clean and in a very good condition. The house beach can be reached in a few minutes, beautiful other beaches can be easily reached with a smaller hike (20 minutes - 1 hour). You can even walk to Santa Theresa in 40 minutes. If we come to Sardinia again, then definitely to Rosandra😃

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas
