On the balcony or terrace, you can enjoy the view of a unique mountain landscape.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Skigebiete Hochzeiger und Hoch Imst (25 Autominuten) eignen sich gut für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene, zum Teil auch mit Wander- oder Skibus zu erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäft 10 Autominuten entfernt. Viele Seen in der Umgebung. 6 Autominuten entfernt Ski/Wandergebiet für Kinder. Area 47 in der Nähe. Ob beim Wandern, Skifahren oder beim entspannten Füßehochlegen: Die großzügige Terrasse mit Panoramablick, viele liebevolle Extras für Familien und der bequeme Self-Check-in machen euren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Ein Rückzugsort mit Herz – zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

Apart Bergzeit

The "Apart Bergzeit" is only 2 minutes from the famous "Benni - Raich Bridge." The heart of the accommodation is the cozy living room with the tiled stove, which can also be used. The apartment is very spacious, is at ground level and is equipped with everything. We are centrally located, surrounded by several ski resorts. Also very nice for hiking in summer. An idyllic mountain backdrop with many culinary huts awaits you. Pure relaxation.

Tyrolean chalet with beautiful views

Tyrolean cottage with lovingly renovated apartment. Beautiful view over the Gurgltal into the mountains. Quiet and unspoiled location right on the edge of the field. Private, open outdoor fireplace for romantic evenings. Hiking from the house, climbing areas within walking distance, lakes, diving area, golf, etc. in approx. 15 min., ski resorts in about 25 min. by car. Cross-country ski trail in front of the house.

The Kunz House ++Larsen Studio with private sauna++

Haus Kunz is located at the end of Imsterberg. Very quiet, high above the Inn Valley. Our Studio Larsen consists of a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, cozy sitting area, shower/toilet, a large terrace with sitting area and grill. Enjoy our new outdoor sauna with mountain panorama! For motorcycles, we have a garage!!!

Our fully equipped apartment is centrally located and is the starting point for many leisure activities such as skiing, hiking, climbing, motorcycle tours and much more. The accommodation with private entrance accommodates two people. Free Wi-Fi and ample parking are also available. A cozy outdoor spot is ideal for relaxing.
